  Do not visit this place!

  Although we realised this was a budget hotel we were not prepared for the bad state of our apartment. The air conditioning didn't work, the shower and toilet leaked and the bed settee was broken to the point it couldn't be used. When we checked out one of our hen party placed a suitcase on a shelf which then became detached from the wall (the four screws hadn't been put in properly). The bride to be was then threatened by the manager who was menacing and saying she would not be leaving the country even though she had offered to pay for the damage. He even tried to pin her up against the wall. Please be aware.

  Wouldn't go back

  Even with budget accommodation I'd expect our room to be ready on arrival, it wasn't. Although Harmony Hills is cheap, this doesn't mean it should be unsafe. 2 out of our party (including myself) fell over on the incredibly slippery tiles on the stairs and around the pool area. We also witnessed a cleaner fall over quite badly on the wet tiles. There were no warning signs of this risk anywhere, even when cleaning. I would think twice about taking children here for this reason, and the fact that there is no lifeguard at the pool. Food and drink was very good and great value for money. Staff were generally (but not always) rude and unhelpful and even threatening at times. There was little communication when the restaurant wasn't open for whatever reason, which was a pain when theres almost nothing else near by. Sometimes they held events such as wine tasting but we didn't know it was on until the last minute. The only upside to this trip was The Elbarr a short walk away. If you find yourself at Harmony Hills, seek it out. It's run by a wonderful family who will help you arrange trips and reasonably priced travel to the coast where there's more going on. The hotel certainly won't be accommodating in this way... we tried.

  Stay clear

  Yes you get what you pay for but this hotel was completely letdown by the mafia style approach to one of our party! As we were leaving a table was accidentally broken to which she immediately offered to pay for and their reaction was completely over the top, very threating towards her and frightening completely uncalled for and let them down! I would not go back!

  Avoid at all costs!

  It's such a shame because Harmony Hills is actually a nice budget hotel with good facilities for the money you pay. HOWEVER the staff are horrendous - rude and threatening. If you do find yourself here make sure you seek out Elbarr up the road - they will look after you.

  Lovely holiday

  Just returned from harmony hills was a bit dubious from the reviews but how wrong could they be. Yes it could do with a little updating but its clean and tidy, staff very helpful, but what really makes the complex fabulous is the lovely people there from all nationalities who are all so friendly Will we be back yes definitely
