  Buen hotel con casino y restaurantes

  Estuvimos solo una noche de paso, pero nos pareció más divertido que quedarnos en un motel. La habitación excelente, bajamos a jugar al casino un rato, te dan bebidas gratis si juegas, y cenamos en el bufé, porque era tarde y el resto de restaurantes estaban cerrados. Se que hay servicios de spa pero no los usamos. Estuvimos muy a gusto, cama muy cómoda, habitación grande y silenciosa. No pudimos usar el descuento para el desayuno ya que abrían a las 10 y nosotros teníamos que salir antes. Una buena parada, no se si el casino es bueno o no, no tengo ni idea de estas cosas.

  Harlows, we see your plan, take all you can take in lieu of the Casino opening soon in Pine Bluff. Your games are trash. Just like the people travel 2 1/2 hours to get here; well gladly travel those hours to get Pine Bluff. I betcha the Indians will be nicer than this joint. Bye forever, waiting on October 1, 2019.   deposit on hotel room

  been waiting 3 weeks and my deposit has not been returned was told it would be refunded in 7-14 days have called hotel several times and cannot get any information from them I will never make the mistake of staying there again

  If youre one that has expectations of what a normal hotel would offer you as you travel about this beautiful country, you will be very disappointed in Harlows casino resort and hotel. Sorry fast food restaurant with condescending or inattentive staff, very limited menu, and uncomfortable beds will be what is offered at the end of your weary day. Please save yourself sad disappointment by staying away from this dreary, apathetic place.

  In the dark!

  I got this hotel room as a last minute sort of thing because I decided to Greenville as a spur of the moment. I only needed one night's stay so I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal. Also, I needed to have an internet connection the next morning because I had an important Zoom meeting in New Mexico to attend. So, my plan was to get up in the morning take a quick shower and prep for the meeting. Well, when I woke up at 7:30 I noticed a letter on the desk saying that they will have a power outage between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 am so I just thought hey, they must have already had the outage, I'm good to go. So, I started logging into the hotel's WiFi connection getting prepped for the meeting. The connection seems all good to go, now I'm all read. I have a little over an hour to wait for the meeting since it's almost 8:30 in MS which means it's 7:30 in NM. Well, not even 2 min. later, the power goes out. It's well outside of the 6-8 am the letter stated. Ok, all is still not lost. I can get my son up and we could both take a shower. Well guess what, apparently the power must be tied to a well or something because the was nearly no water pressure. So, now I'm really pissed because it's really difficult to take a shower in the dark with no water pressure and I still have the meeting. So, we shower with what little water pressure is left, gather our things up (in the dark mind you) and try to head to my brother's house to set things up for the meeting there. I have to tell you, it's a real pain in the ass to pack up your belongings and find your way to a stair well to exit the hotel in the freaking DARK! This was the crappiest hotel experience I've ever had, and I gotta tell you, I've stayed at some really crappy hotels. And all of this for the low, low price of 174 bucks! If there's a way to give a negative star, this hotel is very deserving of it! I'm as mad as a rained on rooster!!!! F**K HARLOW'S!!!!
