  An eco hotel in Yakkalamulla situated among Tea plantations and Tea Factories. Western and Eastern quisines are mouth watering. Fantastic location by the Polwatta River. Close proximity to Kottawa Rain Forest with high range of bio diversity. Very attractive comfortable accommodation may bring you the difference between the nature and the artificial environment.

  Peaceful environment

  Hotel Hareesha is a peaceful place located amidst the Yakkalamulla town in Galle. The hotel is very well managed and the service is also very good. They have a swimming pool which seemed to be cleaned regularly. The food was a bit high priced with respect to the quantity but still it was very yummy. They also have a separate food corner on the other side of the road which sells fast food at a low price yet offering a large quantity. Apart from that,the staff was always friendly and helpful especially the Manager. Its a nice place to visit with friends or family and I would be looking forward to visit the place real soon. The stay is definitely worth the price.

  Personal spa inside the jungle

  By an occasion I came first time to the Hareesha Holiday Resort and what I've discovered was a hidden pleasure. On the first sight this remote hotel is really well made up and provides a decent and accurate service. However, only step by step I've discovered the attractions of this location. The whole plant is very well maintained and shows many sophistic details. Just one example: While swimming in the pool in the sun light heavy rain starts. The lush flora shows its festive robe in beautiful colours and birds and monkeys and raindrops performs a concert. Viewing on pool-level every single one of the heavy drops creates its own fountain. Having this magical moment in mind, after the dinner, I feet the desire for a nightly bath. The hotel manager himself turned on the lights, a perfect illumination for my personal spa inside the jungle. I got unique moments one can't hardly share, but just make your own experience here. This place is also recommendable for beach-orientated visitors; its just a few miles to different beaches in the area. Besides the Galle bay area, for nature lovers there are further places of interest in the close vicinity. On top of all there is a big range of various tasty foods provided. I've stayed just one night but surely, by the occasion of my next stay in Sri Lanka, I'll reserve a few days in the Hareesha Holiday Resort.

  Hidden gem!

  Excellent Hotel. Top location, lovely friendly staff. Very helpful manager Ajith made our stay special! Fantastic local breakfast and tasty meals. Great clean pool in a magic location surrounded by trees full of local wildlife and birds. Our poolside room was quiet with a very comfy bed and fitted mozzy net, the rooms were always kept clean by caring staff who looked after our every need. The grounds were always kept clean and tidy. Close to Kottawa rain forest and only 45min by bus to Galle.

  Enjoy with nature

  I have visited Hareesha 01st of November 2019 with my family and stay 01 night. Its a very nice place to enjoy with very peaceful nature. Manager Mr Ajith of the Hotel is a highly energetic person and has given a superb service which my family and my mother enjoyed very well. Food was superb with fast service to the room. I recommend this place as a good and enjoyable resort with kind staff. - Harin from Nugegoda , Colombo, Sri Lanka
