  Great customer service and lovely apartment

  Absolutely great customer service and communication from the owners. Met as we arrived with a parking permit and a reserved parking spot. Had a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely views. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and everything you needed was provided including milk, bread, jam, tea etc. Beautifully furnished with decent free view tv, lovely Clarins toiletries, I cannot find any fault at all, The weather wasnt great when we were there but there is access to a beach chalet too if its sunny. Also washer and drier and air con if needed. Thanks for a lovely trip.

  Harbourside apartments = Amazing

  Amazing, Amazing. I cannot rate this place highly enough, from start to finish we were completely looked after. The owner James is always on hand day or night to help with anything and has a great local knowledge of the area. Absolutely spotless apartment with great views right in the middle of Scarborough sea front. Big thumbs up from me. Cant wait to stay again.

  We booked a two bed apartment at harbourside and were impressed. The quality of the apartments and the facilities were excellent. The host James went above and beyond for us.Directing us to parking , giving us some attraction discounts and just generally ensuring were had all we needed for a great break We used the beat chalet on one of the days and this was a brilliant little bonus for the break

  Fabulous Apartment

  Very well appointed. Most congenial and helpful host. My partner and I stayed for three nights and could not fault the apartment or James.... who always ensured parking available. Believe me in Scarborough that is not easy! Wonderful weekend

  Second visit

  The Harbourside apartments in Scarborough are in a fantastic location, as the name suggests.....overlooking the harbour. The apartments themselves are well designed and furnished to a very high standard. The quality of service is excellent with initial provisions such as tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread and cereals provided. This was my second stay and the over-riding impression has been of quality on both occasions. Highly recommended!
