  Reasonable, clean

  Stay for 3 nights, room is clean, neat and tidy. Price wise, reasonable for twin single bedroom. Walk up to rooms. No lift. Ample parking space nearby the premises. Average services. For quiet night sleep, ask for room facing the front. As there are entertainment outlet behind, be quiet noisy at night.

  Won't come back again. Not worth for value.

  This hotel quite far from Jonker Street. Location of the hotel in the waze not so accurate. Waze bring us to the back row. Actually the hotel is at front row. Is a walk up hotel. Got 2floor. Each floor got WiFi and is working. They provide 2towel, shampoo and soap. The room furniture is very vintage type..TV not many channels. The bed is moving when want turn body due to the bed down there got rollers. Suggest they change the bed to a better conditions. The water heater pipe slightly leaking but still can use. Air con in good condition. I won't come back for second time due to location of the hotel and conditions of the hotel.

  The hotel are value for money BUT..

  - ve Staff attitude I was great by a gentlemen by the name of Mohd Bilal which need to be more friendly and change his "dont care less attitude" you know when you get this feeling of not welcome... slow check in we arrived early @ 1130am and was told by Mohd Bilal the check in time is at 2pm. we came back later at 3pm and to our surprise the room are still not ready and we have to wait for another 30 minutes! wifi the wifi was disappointment because you can get connected due to max limit caps impose. + ve The Room we book for 5 pax and the room are so spacious. They got 2 king size bed + 1 single bed enough for 5 of us. It also come with sofa set, TV, Fridge & coffee making facilities (minus the coffee & cup). Just imagine the room size 20x50 just for you! The toilet also bigger then some of our maids room LoL. TV the reception was good but no movie or sports channel. Parking Parking are plenty thats the main reason I choose this hotel

  I can't give 1 star because the night-shift front desk really tried to helped me.

  We stayed one (1) night. At first, I can't complain that much, it was a basic hotel. The day-shift front desk was a foreigner (which I wasn't too happy) and told us just switch on the a/c but not to touch the remote as it may not be cold later in the day. We did as told and we went off for early dinner and shopping, expecting once entering the room, it was cold - yet it was not at all. by this time, the night-shift front desk was there to assist. Yet it went to worse - a/c had no air. We can't change rooms as it was fully booked. So the front desk tried his best to help - when gave the housekeeping fan for us to use. However since it was a late-night, we do not intend to find another place to check-in, so we did not ask for a refund. All in all, even though the hotel is basic. But air-cond is a necessity and Management should pay attention to this and not to give faulty rooms and still charge the customer for it.

  Very big and well facilated room

  I booked room for 5 adult and the room was too good and big. 3 aircond, wall fan, attach big bathroom and overall the room was clean and we were happy to get such a beautiful room in a good location. Reception was helpful. Room price is reasonable. And all tourists attraction places are nearby the hotel.
