Won't be back.I picked this hotel from reviews on several sites being excellent. I'm now wondering what hotel those people were staying at because our stay was anything but excellent. First, no elevator, which I understand with two floors is not a requirement but pretty convenient when you have a lot to take to your room on the second floor. Second, no towels in the room. I lost track of how many times I had to visit the front desk. Shower floor sounded like I was going to fall through the floor. Other guests were loud, several not wearing masks. Breakfast was in a paper bag, which yes, I understand because of the pandemic but contents were weak. We had friends staying at the same time, they left after 1 night as some of the other guests announced to them that they were criminals and that they shouldn't hang around. What??? I will say that Josh at the front desk was so nice, polite and apologetic for the towels. A very nice young gentleman but he was there what looked like 12-14 hour shifts, poor guy. I felt bad for him.

Can't find anything bad to say about this placeExtremely impressed with this hotel. I travel a lot and never have gotten such a nice place for such a cheap price! Very lovely. Will be coming here again for sure. Super clean, smelled good and really nice costumer service in this hotel. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to just relax and have a chill stay.

Had a nice stay until my bag got stolen from roomI am not one to ever leave negative reviews on websites, but since the Cobblestone (Harborcreek) wont return my phone calls or help address my complaint, Ive felt the need to post a review. My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel last weekend. The room was nice and, at first, all was good at the hotel. On Saturday morning, I put on my makeup and then left my makeup bag in the bathroom as we went out for the day. When we returned that evening, I noticed my makeup bag was gone. I thought I was mistaken, so I searched my bag, my fiancés bag, etc. but the makeup bag was nowhere to be found. I told the front desk and the girl told me to come back in the morning. She did call someone about it and then told me again Id have to report it in the am. The next day, I reported it and was told that no one goes in the rooms to clean because its covid, therefore no one stole it out of the room. She said shed look for it and would call me. (she didnt even bother to take my phone number and honestly I felt like she didnt believe that my bag was missing- so we left). I called on Monday and asked for a manager. The girl told me she wasnt one but was confident she could help me. I asked if it was possible to look at security footage to see if someone entered the room and took my bag. She said yes of course and the manager would do that Tuesday morning when he gets in at 9:00 and then theyd call me back. Tuesday came and went with no call back from the hotel. I called Wednesday and got a guy this time. He said there was no manager working but he would contact the manager about my makeup bag and theyd call me back. Again, I gave my number, and again, no one called back. Every time I report this or call NO ONE seems to have a clue about it, so obviously my complaint is being entertained while they have to deal with me on the phone and then nothing is done. Funny how I can never talk to a manager. They are never around. All I wanted was the respect for someone to call me back and look at security footage, which the one worker said is easy to do. It is absolutely ridiculous to stay at a hotel, have something stolen from your room, and then have no one care. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

heartbreaking visit.sigh, it pains me to leave this review. This is our favorite hotel ever. Unfortunately, I have a list of cons. But first, the pros: the staff was genuinely sweet. cons: I SPECIFCALLY called the hotel to confirm the indoor pool was up and running. I was advised it was. That was our main reason for making the trip this time. We wanted to celebrate all of our holidays in one weekend. Since they had such a good price, we were thrilled. First, pool was technically up and running, but the heater was NOT on, and we couldnt swim. We were advised they were cutting costs. second, the room was extremely smelly of mildew. We had to actually purchase febreze to help. Third, there was NO toilet paper or tissues in the room. I had to go to the front desk to obtain. fourth, we were advised the ice machine was down, and they were out of bottled drinking water. fifth, the bagged breakfast made no sense. I had to take milk from one bag, and put it with the cereal from another so my daughter could have breakfast. Lastly, the guest lined the halls with trash, and it seemed no one was picking the bags up or attending the rooms. We left with a true understanding as to why the price was low. Literally left thinking, well this was a bed and tv only sort of visit. I hate to admit this, but I am horribly disappointed in this visit. We are rethinking out future visits.

You get what you pay for...not a compliment! We were greeted by the smell of pot as we entered the hotel. The hotel room wreaked of old, musty cigarettes and the plumbing was clogged. I bought Febreeze because they couldn't move my room. We stayed 4 days and only on the last day did we see an adult. It was run by college kids, one blonde with a major attitude. We had to teach her to unclog a tub because the hotel didn't have maintence crew. The gym equipment is broken and missing weights. I felt dirty and smelly the whole time.
