  Anniversary Perfection

  I had done some research on Martha's Vineyard and this was my top choice for somewhere to stay. We were on a 25th anniversary road trip and sort of just winging it and did not have a reservation. Regardless they were so kind from the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby. We ended up staying two nights and had an over the top time. Our dinner was excellent and the view from the rocking chairs on the front patio was incredible. Darlene their lead concierge was excellent and helped us out tremendously during our stay on the island as well as the next day or two afterwards as we headed to Nantucket. Thank you!!

  Exceptional experience!!

  We came here to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We booked the hotel through AMEX Fine Hotel and Resorts, since there was a promotion at the time. Although it was the off-season at Martha's Vineyard we had a great time at the property. Victoria(concierge) was a great help in planning our stay. We got a chance to drive the Mercedes SLC300, which added another dimension to exploring the island. Thanks Victoria, Michael, Alex along with all the other staff for making it a memorable stay.

  Thanksgiving week

  We had a 5-star experience at The Harbor View during Thanksgiving week, being welcomed & treated as if we were honored guests. The staff went out of their way time and time again to ensure our stay was safe (during the pandemic with all CDC guidelines in place) & thoroughly enjoyable. The hotels location with a water view is lovely & peaceful. The restaurant, Bettinis, provided nourishing gourmet meals. We could not be happier with our stay at The Harbor View.

  Milestone Birthday Celebration

  Having never been to Martha's Vineyard my wife really wanted to go for her 60th birthday. In researching where Harbor View immediately caught our attention because of its beauty, history and location. Our stay lived up to our expectations and it was wonderful. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and amenities just what you'd want. With all that, what stood out from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was the staff. Front desk to housekeeping to restaurant everyone was professional, well trained, attentive and truly seemed to enjoy hospitality. No question in our minds that we will be staying at Harbor View whenever we are on Martha's Vineyard!

  Perfect Weekend/Gorgeous Hotel

  My husband and I spent last weekend on the Vineyard and once again stayed at the Harbor View. Upon checking in, we were treated to a room upgrade and had a gorgeous room with the most perfect view of the water and lighthouse (room 313) - such a nice surprise. Mike at the front desk was so welcoming, as were the other two gentlemen we encountered. Mike went out of his way to recommend things to do and restaurants to visit. Each time we came back to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed back by the staff and made to feel right at home. Our room was just beautiful - gorgeous decor, lovely linens, and absolutely spotless. We treated ourselves to an indulgent and delicious breakfast on Sunday morning from Bettini, which was delivered to our room - highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful winter weekend escape. And many thanks to Mike for treating us like VIPs. Can't wait to return.
