  Great Inn, COVID Safe

  We had a great time during our first real outing in a year. Their COVID protocols made us feel safe. We were able to eat in our room or at a private dining table in the common space downstairs (everyone was masked and respectful). Lovely atmosphere, great location right downtown in beautiful, quaint Marblehead!

  Gorgeouse Romantic Experience!

  We weren't sure what to expect, being Covid times and all but this inn was incredibly beautiful, romantic, and felt very safe. We LOVED our room - #22 and I highly recommend it! The fireplace was gorgeous and we definitely enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi tub during a snowy weekend! It was amazing to have a home built in the 1700's have so many modern amenities and the staff, Cassandra and Mary, that we interacted with were incredibly welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back.

  Filled with character!

  If youre looking for a historic old place with character this is the place. We absolutely loved this Inn. We were looking for an inn with a nice jacuzzi tub and fireplace. We stayed in Room 5, the red room. Beautiful and cozy, with a reading nook and wing chairs to eat in room if youre not interested in eating out. The jacuzzi is smaller but fit two just fine. Comfy bed. The inn common areas were cute but we didnt spend much time in them with COVID. They do offer option of getting takeout and using a common area to eat if you get a couple of drinks but we were fine jn our room. Breakfast was good - daily bread quite tasty. Coffee was a bit bitter but drinkable. The only downside to the room is its right by the stairs so people walking by in the morning may wake you up. Location is great - walking distance to all major attractions in area. Overall, a beautiful place and relaxing getaway. We felt very safe with protocols. Got a massage in room from local masseuse, Sheryl, who was amazing. Definitely plan on coming back another time.

  A weekend away

  We booked our get away using their online reservation portal. It was very easy and we were able to look at the rooms available and pick the one we wanted. We chose Room #36 and were very happy with the room and it's amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful with suggestions of things to do and places to eat in Marblehead. Many things are within walking distance and the breakfast that was included was delicious. We felt they did a great job with the COVID protocols and were comfortable in the common areas. Thank you for assisting us in a much needed weekend away.

  The perfect cozy getaway

  Due to covid-19 everything is pretty limited when attempting a weekend getaway. My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend anyplace but home but still in MA. I came across the Harbor Light Inn and our experience here was wonderful! We booked a room with a fireplace and a jetted tub. I also ordered a cheese plate and box of chocolates for the room. Loves it all. From the second we stepped foot in the Inn I was relaxed. Everything was very cozy, charming and well organized for all guests to feel at ease and safe. The innkeeper is delightful and personable... And makes a delicious martini! The location is great and there are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for an Italian meal, I definitely suggest you check out Casa Mia Cucina Italiana. We would absolutely stay here again!
