Peaceful family vacationGreat resort if you travel in large numbers or with family. The resort has been there for years so the rooms are outdated but clean, spacious and comfortable. We were in 2 bedroom apartment with beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge and etc. The room had the mountain view from the lounge windows. I believe it will be pretty much same for most of the rooms due to the resort's location. Do not expect ocean/beach resort style. There are not many things to do around the resort except for Jeolmul native forest. That's why I recommend for groups in a large number. I personally liked it since it's quiet and peaceful. Being away from city centre and having mountain and trees around was relaxing. There are a convenient store, karaoke, gaming room, sauna and massage therapist. My mom had the full body massage therapy which comes with hay bath and sauna access(after the therapy) and she enjoyed it. I and my family had the dinner in the restaurant on 1st floor. We've chosen the set menu and was well-worth the money. Nice variety of vegetables, seafood and BBQ pork. All the staff were friendly and helpful from reservations, restaurant, reception and massage therapy. I speak Korean so unsure about the communicational difficulties that's mentioned in some of the comments below. Although, it's quite obvious that the mainstream guests are domestic families looking at the facilities, room types and location.

Never lets you downOne of my favorite Hanwha Resorts, decent place with affordable price compared to other Jeju hotels and resorts. Sitting on the midst of the mountain, it maybe difficult to go, but it is in the middle of the island which will give you the advantage of going anywhere in Jeju within 1 hour. Clean but not fancy, it was a decent resort and enjoyed my stay while enjoying the beautiful island.

Adequate for a few nightsMy family stayed here for two nights and it is adequate but becoming dated. I saw maybe one or two non Koreans there. There is a large convenience store and there is a delivery service for pizza and fried chicken through a third party. They also offer a buffet breakfast service which is quite basic and largely Korean food but they offered some western options such as bacon and eggs.

Fantastic Spa TreatmentI purchased the water therapy with hay spa treatment at 35,000 krw. It was a great 90 mins treatment. The spa facilities were clean and beautiful, The hay spa was unique and relaxed my muscles well. This package gets a 50% off if you have your treatment in the morning till 1.30 pm.

Checked out 1 day into our 4 day reservationNot a great resort. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there were absolutely minimal amenities (barely found soap, hidden in the shower, none by sink), no microwave, no english speakers (which isnt promised but something worth noting), there was an empty used cup in the bathroom that clearly didnt get cleaned from the previous guest and lastly there was an awful poop smell from outside that would leak into the room. We closed the windows but Id get a hint of poop smell during the night, time after time. There was a lack of silverware: just 2 mini forks and 2 mini spoons. We walked in, tried justifying the stay, went to the restaurant which actually had decent food, and went back to the room, booked another hotel and decided to check out in the morning. I feel bad handing out bad reviews but honesty is more important.
