  Habitaciones muy bien pero el servicio justito

  Por lo visto hay varias secciones, pero a nosotros nos tocó la parte moderna, con habitación y baño amplio. Muy cómodo y limpio. El servicio fue más justito. Pedimos un café en el bar y tuvimos que ir al restaurante para pedirlo y que nos lo trajeran al bar. Llevamos ropa ciclista de todo el grupo, en bolsas separadas cada persona, a la lavandería. Abrieron unas cuantas de las bolsas antes de darse cuenta de que no era una buena idea. Luego pusieron toda la ropa en exposición en el lobby para que cada uno pudiera coger su ropa o bolsa. No nos cobraron por el error. En cuanto a la cena y desayuno,bastante bien, aunque no había leche caliente. La pedí y tardaron mucho en traerme una jarra grande entera.... se ve que allí no se estila el café con leche...

  No vacation hotel, dark, inhospitable, unclean

  Arrived with my family, expecting a nice clean hotel experience. As other have noted, the lobby is uninviting, dark and projects unfriendliness. Then we were informed the the pool is only open to children from 10:00-11:00 a.m.! Came to the room - large enough but dirty. The carpets, old and not vacuumed. Im not picking up some previous guests toenail clippings. If there was a murder here, the evidence has not been cleaned up so it can still be solved. The bedding cries out cheap and the pillows are Aldi discount bin quality. Nothing modern in the rooms. Pretty miserable. Work all year, look forward to a vacation and come to this 4th rate beige nightmare. We are stuck here for a couple of nights but have booked somewhere else for the balance. Such a disappointment. There is no passion here. Just an inhospitable hotel. If I was here for work for one night Id have no complaints - Id live with it an move on. Dont come here for a relaxing vacation. Its a former 4 star hotel now firmly in the 2-3 star range.

  The Only Place I'll Stay

  Once again, HHHof if the the only place I will stay when in Luebeck. I travel for business, and the Hanseatischer Hof fulfills all my needs. Whether it be the start of a great day by eating a well-balanced breakfast, or coming home (back to the hotel) after a day of work. I can unwind and exercise, but I usually visit the full service Spa for relaxation. The front desk recognizes me every time I visit, and are expecting me. When I travel for leisure, my family will also stay here too. The rooms are size appropriate and always have everything I need.

  Hotel or a Disco?

  Hotel itself is not bad. I have been to better ones, but okay. At one night there was a party in the hotel. I was sleeping on the 2nd floor. Due to the music I bounced out of bed. Went down and asked for another room. Now I got a room on the 4rd floor. No difference, I ended up going down at 1:30 in the night asking if the music could stop as I couldn't sleep. I would assume that a hotel's first priority is that guests sleep well. Forget about it at this hotel. I tried to complain in the morning. The staff wasn't helpfull at all. I will never go to this hotel again.

  Please notice re. room no. 2101. Maybee a good idea to inform about, when booking.

  The room no. 2101, which you gave us to stay in for 2 nights was located direct upon the kitchen / breakfast buffet and lots of noise from here was already to hear from 04.00 in the morning. Another sound was coming in the corner of the room from some kind of ventilation from the kitchen and the noise was constantly in the room all day long. .
