  Average hotel

  This is a average hotel very near to the place I need to visit for work (walking distance). That is the reason we choose this hotel. There is nothing great about this hotel. It is very basic but the staff is very courteous and try to help you in any manner they can. Very close (walking distance) to the tram station. Overall decent place.

  Brilliant value

  Just outside the centre which means you can park directly outside the hotel and dont pay the normal high prices of Central hotels. It has a little bar at the back, a breakfast room and for smokers an unbelievable paradise of a smoking breakfast room. Rooms are american motel style with a terrace but accessed only by the hotel block so no need to worry about serial killers. The rooms are massive for what you pay with everything you need. Breakfast a bit basic. All in all for 67 euros including breakfast, as they say in Germany,I was begeistert.

  Family styled motel

  I wouldnt brand Hanse Komfort as a hotel, but rather more like a motel. Having said that, theres nothing wrong or negative with it. I stayed there for 2 weeks while visiting my boyfriend (who was staying there for 7 weeks). I like how unintrusive the service is. The front desk staff are always lovely and friendly, always happy to help and offer their service. The room that we got was a corner room and therefore should be slightly larger than the rest. It had a separate kitchen (complete with 4 induction cooking hobs, a full size fridge and working oven), a living room and a sleeping room. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed linen changed weekly. The only thing I felt disappointed was the WiFi service. Us being in a corner room meant that the WiFi signal was weak. We relied on our mobile data instead of using the WiFi, for it would mean that we had to sit on the bench outside our room, along the corridor, in order to get a good signal. The location, while it isnt right smack in the middle of the city, it was still relatively closeby with 3 tram services going to town. 3 supermarkets are also available (Pennys just next door, Aldis just behind, and Edeka a short 7 minute walk away). The Weser river is 10 minutes walk away, and a favorite place of ours for evening walks.

  Lovely

  Lovely and friendly hotel not to far away from the old city. The room was sensational: enormous, clean and well appointed (including a small fridge). The tram stops virtually out the front but you can comfortably walk to the altstadt if you are fit- it took is an hour. Breakfast was lovely and caters to all tastes.

  Great value

  I stayed here with my dad and we got an extremely spacious room: Two (?) bedrooms, two flat screen TVs, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. We only paid 68 Euro so I was very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Also, we misunderstood the hours of the breakfast, so we ended up showing up after it was finished. However, the staff was kind enough to make a new breakfast just for us! As for location, we arrived by car and staying in the city center was not necessary for us. Our only concern was parking, which did not turn out to be a problem at all, as the parking lot was big. In general, I would say this is a great option if you're seeking good value and good service. The only drawback was the wifi, which kept disconnecting. I ended up using my mobile data instead. Other than that, I would recommend it!
