  Running a scam

  If I can save just one person getting ripped off by this motel, it will be worth it! We booked and paid the motel $99 for a certain date, only to be told on arrival that there was no booking. The room had been incorrectly booked by them for the day of the phone call. No problem, they said sorry about the mix-up and gave a room and then went ahead and charged another $95. On realising that we had been charged twice we went back to get a refund. We were rudely told we were not getting a refund as the previous room could have been booked out to another person (remember this was their error) I tried to speak to the manager there again today and he yelled at me to just go and F_CK off and hung up. So to sum it up, we paid a pricey sum for a crappy motel room and extremely rude service.

  Comfortable accommodation, very helpful friendly service

  We have been twice, and would book again in the future, very friendly obliging staff Rooms well catered for travelers, crockery, toaster, efficient fridge Ask at reception for ice, will deliver to your room Comfortable space, easy chairs coffee table, desk Good bathroom with the extras like tissues, toiletries, lovely hot shower Excellent restaurant attached, fully licensed, quality Indian / Asian menu

  Comfortable

  Arrived in Rockhampton about 7pm on a Saturday night. I called ahead to make sure I had accomodation. All good. Checked in on arrival and went to my room. Room looked like it had been recently renovated and was very nice. New fittings and the bathroom had been renovated. The room was spacious and clean. The car park was nearly full so managed to get a car park. Tarriff is reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Convenient and good value

  This motel was very welcoming. It is located in a very convenient location, quite close to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and good value. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was free. This is a good place to stay.

  Excellent Budget Room with Great service

  The manager was extremely helpful, friendly and the room was exactly what we wanted a comfortable place to lay our heads whilst sticking to our budget. Definitely recommend it for singles and families as the location is walking distance to dining and shops in Rockhampton.
