  Bring water, but otherwise great stay

  This hotel was such a great place that we chose to stay there both directions on our Chicago>New York trip. My 4-year-old daughter liked that the beds were good for bouncing on. The front desk let us use an extra nightlight when we forgot ours in New York, plus there was one in the bathroom already. There were helpful signs when we got off the highway and were trying to find our way to the hotel. Everything was extra-clean (they have a partnership with Lysol), and the room was sealed so you could tell that nobody had come in after they cleaned it. Nonetheless, we brought Lysol spray/wipes for the beds and everything else (it made my wife feel better). On our first stay the front desk gave us choices and advice about which room to take, and on our way back 10 days later they remembered us and offered us a room based on our previous preferences. There's also a grassy area to run around in outside, which is great if you are driving all day with a child. We brought pizza from home (which we had frozen until the trip) for dinner, but I did see a pizza delivery going to another room (I think Domino's).

  Excellent

  This is a hotel that is very well maintained. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with. It is a quite location with ample parking. Overall it's a great value for the quality of the rooms. They do also have a very nice grab and go breakfast.

  Excellent Hotel

  We stayed at this Hampton Inn while traveling through the area in early November. Despite the COVID situation, we were very pleased with the hotel. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly throughout our stay. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The breakfast had a large variety of choices. The room was well appointed and very quiet. Overall, good stay and we would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent quick stay

  For the star level of the hotel this is top notch. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and nice facility that has managed to still provide a better breakfast than most during this pandemic period. The shower had good water pressure. The room had a fridge with a tiny freezer box (excellent to refreeze ice packs from a cooler) and a microwave. It has a tiny one cup coffee maker. Coffee is probably better from the coffee station by the front desk. They had a choice of 2 reheatable items that you could preorder. My husband had a breakfast burrito. Workout facility--I unfortunately have had to stay at a number of hotels over the last 10 months. Most hotels have taken away all ability to clean a machine after you are finished, but this place had disinfecting wipes!!! I am sure they clean the room as well (all the communal areas were very clean), but nice to clean up after myself. There is a large TV in the room with one bike, one elliptical, and one treadmill. Two suggestions: turn down the heat in the workout room and move the bike and elliptical away from the treadmill about 2 feet and they will be more socially distanced. The fan was good air movement.

  Great Visit Great Value

  Wow what a fantastic property! It was easily accessible from the highway with ample parking. The front desk staff was VERY friendly! Check in was smooth. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. We were very pleased overall and would very much recommend staying here!
