  Un lugar acogedor

  Con un ambiente moderno, relajado, este hotel puede brindarle un verdadero descanso. Me gustó el diseño de la habitación y el baño, está muy bien hecho y bastante limpio. El hotel tiene lugares donde pueda trabajar, compartir y atender personas.

  Great!

  We had an enjoyable stay! This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn and I was overall very pleased. The breakfast was good and the smoothies were amazing! The only thing I wish they had were smart TVs to stream movies and shows on.

  Hampton Inn-Yorkville is great!

  I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable hotel. There are amazing places to eat, some within walking distance. The river is soothing and not far. There is also shopping a short ride away.

  Great Service

  Kudos to the staff at this Hotel . First of all I called ( kind of last minute) as I was driving toward Yorkville and MARIA assisted me with the upmost care . When I arrived she greeted me and welcomed me. Very professional. Very courteous. I did however have a personal issue with the room that they gave me ..and returned down to the desk and Maria asked her manager AMANDA to assist me. Of which she did and to great satisfaction. Upon entering my NEW room I was extremely pleased . The room was one of the BEST prepared rooms I have seen in my travels yet this year. I saw a young lady in the room across from me still cleaning and asked if she had prepared my room . She said yes, is there a problem.? I assured her NO . I wanted to thank her . She told me her name was MARIE. She was also very friendly . I will definitely return to this location . And remember my fellow travelers ... TIP your housekeeping employees when they leave you a great room to stay in !

  Dont tell guest things your not going to do

  I understand things are different with covid. I was told since there was no breakfast we would get a goodie bag. That didnt never happen. The guy said if you need anything ask before 8am. I asked for a extra towel and washcloth and never received them. This was at check in. The next day I left and came back and called and asked for a towel and washcloth. This was the same guy and said you have to ask before 8am which I did when I checked in at 2pm the day before. The lady brought me it. I understand covid is going on and things are different but dont tell a guest things if you arent going to follow through with them.
