  Not up to Hampton standards....

  We usually stay at the Holiday Inn in Vernon, but weve had such good experiences with Hampton, we thought wed give it a try. First off, staff are great, friendly and helpful. After a long drive, a comfortable bed is critical. In room 126, the bed was awful!!!! Also the furniture was old and stained, both in the room and the public areas. Come on guys, you must reinvest in your product!!!!

  Immaculate facility

  Immaculate facility overall. Kyler and Angel will take care of all your requests with the professionalism and overall kindness that exceeds most hotels. Miss Brenda -- wonderful hostess that brings smiles to your face. She is so welcoming and personable. Hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Hot breakfast buffet served daily.

  Good stop

  Stopped here while driving to eastern Texas for work. Did not have a reservation just walked in and they had a room available. Were practicing social distancing. Room was clean and well maintained. I had no issues with this stay. I stayed here probably 5 years ago and it is still just as good as then.

  Great stay

  Stayed here on my drive back to Colorado after working in Texas for 5 months. Called the morning off the reservation to make sure I still needed it and to notify of their mask policy. Easy check in once we got there. Also had like a happy hour free beer and snacks. Had social distancing. The room door had the clean seal on it. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Had no issues with this stay.

  Traveling Cross Country

  Even though we didn't make it to the hotel until 5am, we were able to get our room without issue and rest up before another long drive. The staff was helpful, and the facilities super clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable. We opted for the room with the hot tub and I am so pleased we did! The tub was clean and the water was perfect before the next drive. Everything functioned. The breakfast was standard fare, the coffee was good. Parking for big rigs or uhauls with auto transport is street side of the building. No issues with that either. Thanks so much!
