  Good Visit

  Stayed here for 2 nights for work. Modern and up-to-date, friendly staff. My diamond status was recognized at checkin. Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was usual good Hampton selection. Only reason I didn't give excellent ranking was due to wifi, throughout my stay it either didn't work at all or was slow, had to use hotspot to stay connected. This should be fixed or reviewed, for business traveller solid wifi is a must anymore!

  Nice place for families

  This was a nice place to stay for families. We enjoyed our stay. We didn't have any problems and the staff's were all friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and it is close to the highway.

  Saturday Night Stay June 27th

  Stayed one night at this property. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service received from all staff I encountered. Loved the color scheme (black brown grey-earthy) of the King Room and the walk in shower!! Toiletries were of excellent quality. My room had a mini-frig/microwave and a unique storage system. (No drawers but pull out wire baskets). Small couch and a movable ottoman.(to put feet up!) Only thing missing was in room safe. Impressive small gym area, good Hot Tub and Inside Pool..however guests need to realize that #'s of individuals are limited as well as hours. Staff did an extraordinary job of informing guests and enforcing rules. However be warned... the guests that stayed here were disrespectful of staff and other guests. I witnessed offensive language and behavior which I barely tolerated. Breakfast attendant was sincerely kind and helpful!!

  The friendly staff made this an excellent stay for our friends wedding. Very helpful and kind staff. Very clean hotel. Plenty of food choices in the area. Would stay here again. Thank you for the great work.

  It was ok

  This property is close to what looks like an "unsafe" area. I thought it was odd to place a higher-end hotel here, but we did but experience any issues. Our room was clean, mostly. There are a couple stains on the carpet and some huge ones on the bedskirt. I was pretty surprised the bedskirt wasn't replaced. The beds sit on a metal base and if you are t careful, your feet with run right into them at the foot of the beds. The TV had some lagging issues on certain channels and resulted in "scrambled channel or weak signal" messages. I loved the fact they have USB ports installed at the side table next to the beds! That made life a bit easier:) The room is equipped with a decent sized refrigerator along with a microwave. Bathroom is roomy with a large mirror and an amazing shower head. Clean and comfy aside from the listed things above.
