  Amazing!

  We stayed here for three nights & felt right at home. Property & room was very clean & spacious. Breakfast available every morning & very well stocked with lots of choices. Close to casino & mall. The staff here were very nice & welcoming. No complaints at all with this one. Would definitely recommend if in the area!

  An Excellent Room Among An Area of Changes

  As the West Coast beach areas showed increased COVID-19 cases, we decided to travel back to our former East Coast home for their beaches. We spent three nights at the Hampton. As mentioned in the last review four years ago, the studio room was great. It had enough room for all of us to stay, The queen mattresses and pillows provided a deep sleep for everyone. Furthermore, it was convenient to numerous restaurants and the beach. Things were not as comfortable outside our room. While hotel management couldn't stop what happened, two events caused us to feel uncomfortable. The first took place as soon as we arrived. Several drunk males fought in nearby parking spots. It came to point of violence several times, and I was afraid for my family. The fact the front desk didn't know about it until I told them seemed negligence. When we returned from the beach the next day, there was a party going on in the breakfast/lobby area. At least a dozen people sat at a large table. They didn't social distance or wear masks. We wore masks when we entered the hotel's public spaces, so it felt strange these people didn't it. Again, hotel management should have addressed this. Finally, the night before we left, some of us were awakened by a loud fight in the next room, complete with a litany of swear words. Again, this wasn't something hotel management could fix, but it cemented a feeling we would not come here again.

  Great stay

  The folks at the front desk were super helpful both at check in and checkout. Kind and friendly!! The room was clean. Modified breakfast (not in to go bags) was served. Only complaint was when a female housekeeper was screaming down the hall talking to a coworker at around 9am sharing her displeasure with a decision by management. Very unprofessional and some people were trying to sleep.

  Speaker was stolen by house keeper

  I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. My daughter property was stolen by a housekeeper and when I talked to the manager he told me he had to do an investigation even tho he seen the speaker before his employee cleaned the room

  WiFi - Water

  I have stayed here for 4+ nights. Every night I have had like warm to cold water for showers. And as for the WiFi, I have spent 2+ hours every night trying to connect. Its takes forever to load, and it already disconnects at the worst time. Checkout time is 11 and check in is at 3. So that means the WiFi reset should be between those hours. Not 6-7-8-9 at night. It makes the nights infuriating and dreadful. Since television never has anything worth while. Im done ranting now.
