  Muy buen servicio, el personal muy atento, el desayuno esta bien, las instalaciones muy bien, lo major son las camas, msuper comodas!!! excelente opcion para hospedarse, muy Buena ubicacion para viajes de negocios, cerca de walmart, apple bee, buffalo wild wings

  Different treatment

  We stayed here for a kids sporting event over leap day weekend. The room was small but quiet, even with being next to the elevator. The water is incredibly hard, which brings difficulty when washing long, dry hair. The pool and hot tub seemed ok, we did not use the exercise facility. The breakfast was not what we are used to with a Hampton Inn - much smaller and limited selection. Why this is an average rating instead of higher comes down to customer service. The hotel had many families staying on property for the event we were also attending. We asked for a late checkout, which at other Hilton properties is typically 1:00 for us (Hilton Honors members). We were told that while other properties may do this, because of the sporting event they would not. The only option at that point was a 4:00 PM checkout for $50 more. We wanted the later checkout to see if we needed to stay later (depending how the morning events went). It was very frustrating to say the least that we were being treated differently just because of why we were there. We did not pay the extra and left. I understand that housekeeping needs to start getting rooms cleaned, however I cant imagine all rooms were going to be done by 1:00.

  Outstanding Hotel

  We reserved a block of rooms for our daughter's wedding about 8 months ago. The staff followed up with emails and were willing to make changes to plans, etc. The man who helped with this just happened to be the person who checked us in two days before the wedding. All staff were outstanding in regards to customer service. The hotel was very clean and has a cozy feel to it when you walk in. Lots of room to lounge and the breakfast area was great. The breakfast had lots of options and ample amount of fruit available. Lots of choices if you are fussy. The room we had was a king suite on the first floor and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower head was adjustable. The staff had to help our aunt with her access key and the young lady was super patient and treated all of us with respect. What a great hotel. We worked with many vendors during the wedding weekend and Hampton was absolutely one of the best.

  Fabulous! Clean, Comfortable and Convenient!

  I have stayed here twice for a business trip and I look forward to staying here again in the future. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are wonderful. It is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and amenities.

  Dirty and unprofessional

  The property was dirty and understaffed. The hotel management is clearly not concerned about Covid and taking the appropriate precautions. This location seems to have a customer service problem, i overheard on two separate occasions customers were complaining about their bill at checkout, this was very concerning. I was shocked to hear how incredibly rude and unhelpful the manager Lynn was to the guests.
