  era un hotel 5 estrellas tenia todo lo que tienes en berano pero era en invierno era como estar en no se un lugar chingon tenia alverca videojuegos restaurante todo

  Good Hampton Inn location

  This was a nice Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were being renovated so my room felt very new. the renovation was going on in rooms around my room but they stopped wrking around 6:00pm. I would stay here again when I am in Tulsa area.

  5 stars for a moderately priced hotel' great staff

  On a recent business trip which included multiple hotels, this was the best hotel I stayed in from the perspective of their Covid safety protocol, or at least how it made me feel about their safety efforts. The Hilton brand outlines what they are doing to keep you safe and it starts at checkin, the elevators cleary state one person or one family at a time. The lobby is open, but the morning buffet is blocked off by furniture with a limited hot and cold menu and a staffer who takes your order. It's nice that they are still offering hot meals. The rooms literally have a seal on them to show they have been cleaned and no one else has entered. The seal is broken by you when you open the door. There were alcohol wipes in the room near the tv remotes. And liners in all the trash baskets, which no other hotel had. The room itself was spacious and clean and I had plenty of room to work from the desk during my stay. The pool looked goood, and i wish I had time to use it. There is a small gym, and i went to use it, but there was someone in it and it is too small to have more than one person in there in my opinion. Teh location was walking distance to some shops, a mall across the street with a Cheesecake factory and also a Starbucks. A Sprouts was a short drive away if you want to stock your fridge. And there was a microwave too. Finally, the two front desk women were so helpful. I felt they went above and beyond in helping me navigate the area.

  Over Charged

  My grand daughter and I stayed here while doing some Christmas shopping from out of town. It was Friday night Joe at the front desk gave us a quote of 93.00 per night + taxes. fine we stayed. We ended up staying a second night and for reason it cost us more than the night before. That was after he told us he would give us a good deal since we had stayed the night before. Now take it I'm an older lady with a young grand daughter. I know from working in the hotel/hospitality that deals are and can be made on rooms if the hotel has availability. We were mislead and over charged the second night. When I say over charged it cost us more the 2nd night than the 1st night. Did not notice until I got home. Will not be staying with Hampton Inn & with Joe again.

  WARNING

  My husbands vehicle was broken into, window smashed out, his guns and hunting gear stolen. 4 days later manager still has not contacted us to have a conversation of the incident, after several calls to her. According to police this parking lot has been targeted for break ins. We were not informed upon checking in.
