  I've stayed here many times, because of the convenient location, but the real reason I return is the customer service. Sharon is the exceptional and every staff member I have come into contact with is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are meticulous, and lobby/breakfast area is comfortable clean. It's often difficult to get an early check-in, because of the high volume, but the digital key app makes it easy to see when your room is ready.

  Great for business trips

  Clean, quiet hotel located near several shopping and restaurant locations. Stayed here many times without any issues. Bathrooms are always clean, no noise from other guests. The happy hour is a nice touch as well.

  Amazing place to stay

  Another mother and myself plus 5 teen girls had a long day at a cheer Competition. We were exhausted and stress was high. But your employee Amanda who worked the evening shift made the girls' night so much better. She was also amazingly friendly and super helpful. Thank you Amanda for all that you did for us. Overall the hotel was clean and all the employees were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was beyond amazing. Fresh pressed juices and smoothies. Many different options to choose from. Even the girls were impressed. Would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10.

  COVID travel should be this clean!

  My first impression of this Hampton Inn was great. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns but this was the first time I have been to a Hilton property since COVID. I was very impressed to the steps they are implementing because of COVID. My room was exceptionally clean and I felt safe staying here. They allow you to have contactless check in and check out through their app, which I utilized but since I wanted extra key cards I still needed to go to front desk. We had a good few night sleep in room 202 and did not hear our neighbors if there were any. We were very far from the elevator so used the end stairs. The place was not very crowded, so I was able to keep property distanced and everyone was wearing masks in the hallways and lobby. The staff were are polite and helpful. The parking was plentiful, they had a large lot and were next to a Kohl's and Target so tons of parking all free. I noticed they had Avis agent in the location. I also noted they had 4 electric car charging stations. We never tried the breakfast but the front desk guy told us it was mostly packaged grab and go. Hopefully things will get back to normal someday so I can make some waffles again.

  One of Our Best Hotel Experiences

  I don't usually take time to write reviews but I want to give kudos to Donna for her role in making our recent stay such a great experience. With COVID, things are weird but she was so great to deal with, fun, and accommodating. My wife and I had one room adjoining another with our son and his wife plus 3 young kids. It was just for one night but she went out of her way for us and was so pleasant in every encounter. We want to go back and that say's a lot!
