  Gracias por tener tantos detalles, solo tener más cuidado con la taza del baño, como ya lo escribí, en el desayuno todo está bien, muy completo, limpio, muchas opciones, decoración muy agradable. La conexion de internet, super bien, no pude usar el gimnacio ni la alberca, pero su apariencia es muy buena

  COVID-19 traveling

  Liked new clean remote. Back off the road so quiet. Liked being able to use app on my phone to check in, get room key, and check out. Modified COVID-19 breakfast provided prepackaged muffins, cereal, granola bars, fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee, and juice. All employees were wearing masks.

  Second time staying here

  Very clean and spacious. Visited during Covid and there are a lot of new procedures which is appreciated. Reason I didnt give it 5 stars it walls and floors are paper thin. Could hear normal conversation of neighbors. Only negative, rest were all positives.

  Labor Day Weekend

  Here at the hotel for the second time in about six weeks. Labor Day weekend. Very clean. Very professional staff. Hard work in this time of Covid-19 craziness. I will definitely stay here again. No doubt!

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband and I stayed 2 nights with our kids. Feb. 12th and 13th of 2021. The stay was fine and the room was nice. Two days after our stay my husband received an e-mail with a bill for 2 additional nights!!! He called on the 15th when he received the e-mail and was told the general manager would call him that night. No call back! He called back on Tuesday Feb. 16th and spoke to a woman during the day and explained to her that we were over charged and did not stay the 14th and 15th. The woman explained that it was authorized for a person to take over the room and we would pay for it. She said she already spoke with her general manager and nothing could be done about it. The woman told him the name of the person who took over our room and my husband told her that we had zero idea who that was. Thinking that she would take care of the situation and reimburse us. Not even close!! She said that we authorized it and we would have to take it up with our credit card company. The hotel charged our card without our permission. This worker was extremely RUDE and my husband ended the call with telling she better not charge any more money to our card. She ended the conversation telling him to take it up with our credit card company. My husband called the corporate line and couldnt get through since they are located in Texas and are dealing with devastation from the storm. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, my husband and I called the Schererville IN location back that night. I will say that the woman we spoke to in the evening was very kind and tried to help us. Again, we were told that general manager would call him on Friday. It is now Monday the 22nd and we still havent heard back from the general manager. It is very scary to think that they have employees who charge another guests credit card without any permission. Maybe there was a different guest who offered to pay for that persons room but it wasnt us!! Very disappointing that we are still trying to work this out.
