  Excellent stay

  Loved every extra detail provided to us. Waters & chocolate on arrival. We missed breakfast. We were given a snack bag to go. Check in was easy. Check out easy. Staff always smiling. Rooms sparkling clean and breakfast was amazing! I would give rating a 5 but The one tiny issue I have is being charged $4.95 for premium wifi? I used free wifi available and it worked fine. Dont charge for premium. All wifi should be premium and should be available to every guest already. But the hotel and all amenities were wonderful. Beds very comfortable!! TV huge and good fridg n microwave in room. All clean.

  Couldn't have asked for a better stay

  The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The wall coverings and carpet looked new and the complementary breakfast was incredible. The desk clerk was intelligent and able to converse about the local events.

  Above and beyond!

  I had an issue with my reservation at the Hilton and had to change hotels. If I would've known how well we were going to be treated I would've just selected this hotel to begin with. First off Jackie the head of Sales was just a peach! She was so kind to our family while we got the previous reservation transferred. She even provided a snack to our 2 year old who was rambunctious from a 9 hour car ride. COVID is not stopping this hotel from excellent service. Their usual breakfast buffet is closed, but they more than make up for it. They have sheets that you get at the front desk with a whole bunch of breakfast choices on it; you select what you would like and turn the sheet in before you go to bed. The next morning you pick up a sack at the front desk with everything in it! We've had to stay at a few hotels during the virus, and this was the best breakfast option yet! The staff was so kind and thankful for our business. We will most definitely be back!

  Stick built thin walls

  Well the hotel is newer and the decor is nice as well as the bathroom don't bother staying here the walls are so thin that we could hear what television station the people next-door had in their conversations. As a Hilton diamond actually moved over to the Hilton Garden Inn next-door.

  Clean Room & Great Price but Lacking in Other Areas

  Check-In and Out was easy. The room was clean and bathroom too with exception of the grout in bathroom; it was disgusting. The room was modern and updated but beds were horribly uncomfortable and stiff. I understand there is a pandemic going on but I was really disappointed to find out that there was no open pool or jacuzzi and continental breakfast was 3-4 items in a to-go bag or delivered to our room. I also thought it was extremely tachy that they were using the dining area for folding all the linen in the place. The front desk staff was pleasant. Management should update website or send an email with confirmation stating the COVID changes. I probably would have written a better review if I was informed.
