  Safe, friendly, and comfortable

  My husband and I were a bit worried about staying in a hotel during the pandemic. We were visiting my 90 year old mom for her birthday and already had COVID concerns. We both felt that the Hampton Inn did everything right to make us feel safe and comfortable. Even the tv remote was wrapped in plastic!

  Had a really good experience.

  I was in the area last week and am returning for almost a week later this week. I was really pleased with this hotel. I had some questions ahead of coming about what is full operational at this point and the person I spoke to was very helpful. When I checked in, the person who checked me in reviewed everything I might need to know about changes to how things are operating including what to do if I need anything that would usually be turned over each day but was different to do the ongoing situation. When I did need something the staff were very prompt and friendly.

  Friendly and clean

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were were sure to give me the extra goodies for being a Hilton Honors Rewards member. We had three rooms to accommodate my family. I had the King suite and it was very nice and updated. All of the rooms were very clean and had the clean seal on the door.

  Excellent Hockey Family Hotel

  We stayed for one night when we were up in town for a hockey tournament. The hotel is within walking distance of Alpha Ice rink and only a 15 minute drive to Pittsburgh Ice Arena. There are lots of great food options near by as well. Things are obviously a little different now because of COVID regulations, but the hotel made us all feel safe and comfortable. The rooms were immaculately clean and even though the breakfast was a "grab and go" setup, there were lots of good options for our kids to choose from and not just a granola bar and a water like I have seen at other hotels. The staff was very nice to our kids and even let them have an extra 15 minutes in the pool when we had a late game so they could celebrate being on their way to a championship. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  Last minute overnight stay

  We needed an overnight accommodation that was not far from the VA hospital in Pittsburgh! I had anxiety of staying in a hotel during the pandemic! This property significantly reduced my anxiety upon check in. The hotel was incredibly clean and they did everything possible to keep us feeling safe! I would definitely recommend this property.
