  Pésimo servicio y atención

  No existe atención, no brindan información, el personal no es amable, no hay alternativa de selección de habitación a la hora de reservar por internet, etc, etc...se comprometen a hacer servicios aeropuerto - hotel- aeropuerto y no cumplen, te dejan metido y nos les interesa

  Good Visit

  We have stayed here 3 times while in the area. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Employees are kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good. Water and hot beverages available throughout the day. Nice lobby area to sit in and play games, hang out or watch tv, if you don't want to be in your room.

  Perfect Location!

  This hotel was in the perfect location to visit downtown Pittsburgh. Hubby and I were in town for a running event, but also wanted to head into downtown and check out the Duquesne Incline and take in a broadway show while we were in the area. This hotel was perfect! Only 20 min from downtown, close to shopping, and entertainment. Lots of shops right across the street. Room was clean and with the exception of no towels in our room, we were pretty happy with our selection. After the first night however, we realized there are a few not so great things...for one, the toilet paper in the rooms is so cheap and thin, it isn't what we expected from a Hampton, also the pillows were horrible! Husband woke up with a wrecked neck for the duration of our trip. Besides these two minor things, this hotel was excellent! I have to give a HUGE Thank you to the Breakfast staff and Breakfast selection! Also the pool, though small, was a really nice break! A great stay, we would stay again, but BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW! :)

  Clean, happy people.

  Price was right, the employees were very friendly. The room was huge. was 2 king beds, but not crowed into a little room. the room was clean. Parking garage was a plus. would recommend this place to everyone.

  Best Customer Service!!

  From the moment I booked my stay online, I received a welcome text from concierge, Philip. Philip wanted to know what the hotel could do to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Travelling thru a horrific snow and ice storm, all I wanted was a decent dinner. It wasn't long before Philip had suggestions for dinner and even the times they closed. This was hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced from a hotel anywhere! One too on this particular location. Ask for a room that faces the Settlers Ridge side of the hotel. It will be much more quiet from the highway traffic on the opposite side.
