  Clean, modern facility in heart of town.

  I come to Parkersburg area frequently but this is my first stay here. Very modern, new. Really impressed with the rooms and the service. Very clean. Good experience. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

  Great customer service

  I'm a lifetime diamond member, upon checkin my profile only said diamond. I said to Liz who was checking me in that I was actually lifetime diamond. She thanked me for my loyalty. 10 minutes later, the manager (Belinda) came to my roon with a bag of gifts to choose from for being lifetime diamond. Being a global traveler, I certainly do not see this kind of customer service at most Hilton properties. I truly appreciate Liz going above and beyond to inform management, they had a lifetime diamond member in the house and then offering me a gift! Going forward i will stay there anytime, i'm in the area. Liz will make a great manager for the Hilton brand one day and Belinda is already one!

  Weekend trip to Parkersburg

  Very nice property and well managed. Room was great. Service by staff was great also. All protocols for Covid were in place. Felt in very safe space. Would suggest using this Hampton Inn when in the area.

  Friendly service

  We have stayed here a few times and we have always had a good experience. Room was clean and staff were friendly. We were in town for a gymnastics meet, and the hosting gym had a party there for the gymnasts. They do have a pool and complimentary breakfast. They gave us a snack bag for the road too.

  Beautiful Hampton

  We always try to stay at Hamptons. We do this trip several times a year and travel with our Shi-poo. We stayed at the Hampton at Mineral Wells , but they have imposed a $50.00 pet fee - a little steep. We decided to drive a little off the beaten path and stay at the downtown Hampton. Best thing that ever happened.... an absolutely beautiful Hampton. We will be staying here in the future !!!
