  Excelente hotel!

  El hotel está ubicado en una zona agradable y el personal fue amable y de ayuda. La habitación era enorme, muy moderna, limpia y con una cama amplia y cómoda. El desayuno delicioso, muy variado y, tras 2 semanas en Estados Unidos fue el primero en el que encontramos varios alimentos de chocolate, cosa que echábamos en falta y agradecímos mucho. Repetiríamos sin duda!

  Excelente precio, excelente ubicación,excelente personal muy limpio,muy cómodo además las personas que trabajan ahy son muy amables y respetuosas,pienso que en mi próximo viaje de vacaciones,me volveré a hospedar en un hotel Hampton

  Outstanding 3-month Stay

  On a weekly basis, I spent much of August - October in the OKC area, with my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites-Oklahoma City Airport. The facility is very well kept, with all amenities available (pool/exercise room), including daily prepared breakfast. The management, front desk and housekeeping teams all do an outstanding job, ensuring any COVID related efforts are properly enacted. I felt very safe staying here while working in the OKC area. A special Thank You to William, Jennifer and Larry for all you've done to accommodate me!

  Clean hotel

  Nice clean hotel but the grab and go breakfast was nothing to write home about. I understand that you cannot provide hot breakfast but to give an apple and a yogurt and call it breakfast is appalling. The morning staff could learn to smile and be bit more friendly.

  Not so clean

  Im generally a fan of Hampton Inns but was disappointed on our stay in Oklahoma City. Driving through from Chicago, my family was trying to stay safe during the pandemic. The hotel was at capacity when we checked in and the first thing that caught my eye was the group of fifteen with pizza who had taken over the dining area. Not on was wearing a mask. Less than 50% of people we encountered during our stay were wearing masks. I understand that Oklahoma has decided to play by different rules than Chicago but HI still has an obligation to keep their guests safe. The desk agent who checked me in was courteous and behind plexiglass but also wore his mask around his chin. Many hotels during the pandemic have doubled down on cleanliness of the rooms with remote controls in bags after being cleaned and room doors sealed with a sanitized sticker. This room had sticky residue and the paper remnants of a sticker on the door but nothing to indicate the room had been cleaned. There were dried spills and water marks on the desk and sink so it was clear that neither that surface had been cleaned well. We carried Clorox wipes and cleaned all surfaces when we arrived. We were only there for less than twelve hours but the stairwells had smeared food on the landing and wrappers on the stairs both when we arrived and when we left. Despite the cleanliness issues, the room and stay were simply average. Rooms were basic with a microwave and mini-fridge. Could have been any room in any chain. Would have given three stars to represent an average stay but dropped a star because of the lack of attention to cleanliness during the pandemic.
