  La mejor ubicación desde MOA hasta MSP.

  Excelentes instalaciones. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias, amplias ventanas. Excelente para descansar unos días antes de iniciar viaje de regreso. Recomendado para ejecutivos u familias. La distancia al MOA es perfecta para caminarla.

  Overall, it was great.

  Great room, huge, clean, functional. Beds were comfortable with an adequate supply of pillows ;) . The extra space for the fridge, sink, "kitchen" and counter space was perfect, clean and very useful. I had two things that would have kept me from giving the hotel a five star rating however, one of the two was rectified. Parking is terrible here, I mean really bad. There is no where near enough parking spaces when you add to the fact there is a hotel right next to it and other businesses which state no parking or they will tow. One night we were back at the hotel a little late, 10 pm and there was no where to park. I went into the hotel and told the front desk clerk and she stated I could park in the underground parking free of charge (it is normally $20.00 per night). The other issue was broken tiles in the bathroom that shifted causing me to catch the bottom of my foot one night and pinch it another.

  No airport shuttle service, no complimentary breakfast even though web site says there is!!

  I booked this hotel near Minneapolis Airport because it was convenient and offered free shuttle service and breakfast on its web site. When I arrived at the airport, there was no shuttle and when I called the hotel, they said the shuttle service had been discontinued. When I asked about the free breakfast, they said it had been discontinued ,also. Both are STILL listed on their web site as amenities! Don't believe it. I tried to register a complaint online in two different ways; but, when I clicked "Submit", I got a repeated "error" message even though all fields were filled in. I will not stay there again.   Not so good.

  Not such a good Hampton inn! Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this might be one of the dirtiest that Ive stayed in. Doesnt look like theyve cleaned the shower in a while or the room. Also felt unsafe walking into the hotel. Seemed like a bunch of sketchy people outside when I walked in and they front doors were locked I had to get buzzed in from the front desk. Mind you I checked in around 1PM on a Wednesday! Unimpressed with this hotel and wont be staying here in the future

  Great Service, GREAT Location Close to Mall of America and the Airport

  We stayed here after picking my son up from the airport, and we were very pleased with everything about our experience. The location was literally minutes from the airport and we could see the Mall of America from our room. We had gotten an email that we could upgrade our room to a bigger suite for $8 and that we would find out if we got the upgrade or not when we arrived. Not only did they upgrade us to a huge room they did it at no charge. The staff were very friendly and the boxed breakfast was actually really good. We will stay here in the future for sure.
