  I can not brag on the Hampton Inn Germantown enough! My son plays baseball and I forgot his auto injection pen and extremely valuable medicine. The general manager, housekeeping, front desk receptionist and staff went a HUGE extra mile. They found the medicine and kept it from going bad Ladies and Gentlemen, if you want a class act hotel with super clean rooms and awesome food, check out the Hampton Inn Germantown. This staff definitely has your best interest in mind, always!!!!

  Beautiful hotel, poor management

  First, this is a beautiful, new hotel. Management is lacking. Our king suite had small standard sized pillows. We called down to ask for more. They were OUT OF PILLOWS. Odd for a hotel, especially one that is in easy proximity to target and Walmart. If I were a manager who wanted to be management, would have bought more pillows, out of my own pocket if I had to. In the morning, we realized there was no coffee packets with creamer, sugar, etc. poorly trained staff. A management issue. When I went down to get some, the ladies in the breakfast area clearly did not want to be there and they doled out Splenda and creamer packets like they were gold, even AFTER I explained what the problem was. They should have been trained in ways to make guests happy, especially after the hotel has made a mistake. The breakfast set up is odd. There are two servers behind tape and a table and they have to get you what you want. You CANT EVEN SERVE YOURSELF A CUP OF COFFEE. I think this exposes me more to COVID-19 with them touching my food than if they just let me get it. Also, they were collecting cash tips which were resting on the table they were placing the food on. Increasing interaction time with another human by having them serve guests causes far more risk than the very brief interaction I might have with another guest serving ourselves coffee and yogurt. I will give this place another try after Covid. Maybe they will have improved by then.

  Did the job

  Our family came in town for a competitive soccer tournament and stayed here. Very clean hotel and the rooms where as expected. Clean and tidy. They take covid precautions to the next level. I would like to be able to fix my own breakfast as opposed to the two lady employees that obviously are upset that they have too.

  High quality stay

  We have stayed in numerous Hampton Inns through the years and Id rate this property among the top 10% in terms of quality of accommodations and upkeep. The location is also excellent with easy access to major traffic arteries but without much traffic noise. Things are a bit unusual with the pandemic restrictions so we didnt access a lot of the common areas (exercise rooms and dining area) and only had limited interactions with staff. All were pleasant and common spaces appeared well managed with respect to safety, ie wearing of masks, social distancing and extra cleaning of high traffic areas. We would definitely stay here again.

  Wont clean your room

  I am very disappointed in this hotel for not cleaning our room. I have asked several times and they will not clean it because of COVID. You might as well stay at an extended stay. You have to get more towels and toilet paper from the front desk and carry it your room. They dont take the trash out or anything! Disgusting!
