  Ok

  We always stay at Hampton. Had left one in Texas and then to this one. Hotel was very nice as was the room. I realize Covid has them all freaked out but this was over the top. No breakfast other than a bag. There were two of us and we had to fill out a paper with what we wanted in the bag for the next morning. We assumed wed get two of each but we received only one. We had a king size bed. Very comfortable but first time Ive ever had two pillows on a huge bed and the two we had were awful. They advertise some changes due to Covid but need to be clear there is no breakfast. You could get coffee if you asked at the desk. Definitely wont stay in Las Cruces again until they get over Covid and will be better prepared for the hotel.

  They advertise more than they give you.

  Not a bad hotel, room reasonably clean and quiet BUT, internet was very intermittent, more off than on, toilet bowl was not as clean as it should have been, and they advertise free hot breakfast on their website but they have nothing available except coffee and you have to ask the front desk for that as well. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room 221.

  Excellent

  I stayed here one night this past week while in town for a meeting. Greeted immediately and off to my room in no time. Spacious, clean and appointed like other Hampton Inns. Front desk staff was more than friendly and made sure I had what I needed. A continental breakfast was available, limited compared to normal, but was set up. Unfortunately the breakfast limitation is a NM state mandate, not a Hampton Inn issue. I will be back, thank you.

  Decent Stay

  Located right off I-10, this Hampton is very convenient if you are driving through Las Cruces and looking for a place to stay. The hotel offers all the general amenities that you would expect with a Hampton. Positives: the staff were friendly and accommodating, a hot breakfast was available (with some limitations) and the fitness center was large. Negatives: as others have noted in reviews, the internet was average at best and the toilet in our room ran after every flush. It was an OK Hampton. Nothing special but certainly a good option if you are looking for a quick stay.

  Best bang for buck

  Wow... This hotel was fantastic. We achieved diamond status and were given a king suite and it was beautiful. The breakfast was also hot, fresh, & served. You will not be disappointed with staying here. Looks like the pool had a slide but you have to make reservations at the moment. Gym was also great!
