  This hotel has an excellent General Manager named David and his staff members are the best! Everyones very warm and friendly and they go above and beyond the norms to ensure that youre comfortable and happy. My 2 queen suite was very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and so unbelievably spacious that it felt like home almost immediately. The location of this property is perfect because its tucked away off of a busy street giving it residential comfort but within a minute walk to a store and surrounded by restaurants and shopping and right off of the highway. Excellent choice

  Wonderful Stay

  Outstanding hotel! The management (Dave) pm manager and staff were exceptional in accommodating all 8 of us attending a social distanced out of town graduation. Every hurdle with COVID restrictions/arrangements/rooms was handled perfectly even allowing us to borrow a laptop to connect to large screen tv for virtual graduation. Very clean as well!   Excellent Stay

  I book and used 25 rooms for the weekend. Everyone working at this hotel made us feel welcomed. Special shout out to Clarise for going above and beyond for our group. She was able to handle all the needs we had over the weekend. The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel felt clean and safe with the covid restrictions. I would definitely return!

  Do Not Stay Here

  I booked a room at Hampton Inn for two nights thru hotels.com. I checked in and stayed in the hotel for the first night. The next day when I came back to my room at the hotel my key card did not work. When I went to the front desk they told me the key card did not work because I was checked out by the hotel without my knowledge. The reason they said I was checked out was because I was only booked for one day. They then offered to book me for a second night, but at a higher rate. I showed the person at the front desk my confirmation that I had booked the room for two nights (and in fact had already paid for two nights through hotel.com). They said that was my problem, not the hotel's problem and that if I wanted the room I would have to pay the higher rate. I told the front desk clerk that this was crazy and asked to talk to a manager. She called a manager and he also said I would need to pay the higher rate. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. I went to a hotel down the street (Comfort Inn) and had a great experience at that new hotel. If you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn, do so at your own risk. You have been warned. As a side note, hotel guests constantly gathered on the third floor (where my room was) with their kids who were playing hockey in the hall (which was loud) and none of those guests were wearing masks for COVID.

  Dirty hotel

  The whole process of booking the room was weird because it took about 4 hours to get an email confirmation and it looked like a private email written from a young girl to her friend with a heres your confirmation number sentence. In the meantime we tried to call and they didnt answer the phone for 3 or 4 hours. When we checked out the pool and fitness area we noticed kids in bare feet and wet bathing suits on the treadmill. We mentioned it to the front desk and when we came back later there were other kids on the treadmill and other equipment in wet bathing suits so obviously nothing was done! Now talk about room cleanliness and it was obvious that the room was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was not mopped - if you will look at my photos. I also wondered if the bathroom was cleaned at all! Pretty disgusting if you ask me - especially during these Covid days!! TV remote in a plastic bag - does that really mean anything? Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
