  Great Stay wonderful Staff

  We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knightdale. The rooms were clean, very conveniently located off 540 and the staff was great! Would definitely stay there again. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well.

  Great Group Sales!

  Jason, working Group Sales, is so flexible, responsive and provides great service! He made my experience so very easy booking rooms for my soccer team on such a short notice! Great employee, thank you!

  Great stay over Thanksgiving

  The space in the suite was quite large, as was the bathroom. There was lots of counter space - much appreciated. Everything at this location was very clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise to have a moist and tasty sausage biscuit - warmed just 45 sec in the microwave, as directed by the very friendly breakfast room staff. We were planning on taking advantage of the pool, but were able to spend most of our time in town at our relatives, once we got our neg. COVID test results back. The pool looked very clean, and we saw very few people using it. Housekeeping did not visit the room for the 4 days we were there, as we were told at check-in. We could have easily gotten fresh towels if we wanted, but chose not to. We quickly received additional shampoo at the front desk, when needed. Check-in online let us choose our room ahead of time, so actual check-in time was minimal - just signing one form and picking up keys. Check-out was even faster. We normally stay at Choice hotels, but we may be rethinking this, as we were very surprised at the low cost for a suite, and very happy all around with the accommodations.

  Great hotel and location

  This hotel is only a few years old and still looks brand new. Rooms are beautiful. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. There is a coffee station in the lobby, but unfortunately no coffee in the rooms. Bathrooms have Neutrogena bath products. Breakfast was limited but that was because of covid. We did grab some coffee and fresh fruit before we checked out. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

  I stayed at this hotel two weeks in a row for work. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman serving breakfast each morning during the week was especially cheerful and accommodating. Very appreciated, especially first thing in the morning!
