    El mejor lugar

    Sin problemas ni contratiempos todo muy facil y rapido. Desde la llegada el personal fue muy atento y amable, el registro fue rapido y el checkout tambien (considerando que tenia prisa) Sin duda volveria a hospedarme aqui.

    Mom and Son weekend

    It was a mom and son weekend because he will be out of school for two weeks because of the virus thats going around the world so I thought it would be nice to spend quality time with my three-year-old and he would love us to swim even though he does not know how to swim We had a kid size bed with the sofa pullout sweet and that was nice

    Super clean and excellent staff

    This hotel is impeccable and well taken care of. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was bright and clean and the linens and pillows smelled fresh and clean. Roomy shower and great pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious.

    Would NOT recommend this Hampton, long review.

    I booked this Hampton Inn & Suites after comparing surrounding Hotels. Reviews for the most part were good, the rooms and pool looked appealing. It was one of the more expensive places near buy. I booked 2 weeks in advance for myself and my 2 minor granddaughters. I am essential worker, working out of IL and have not been able to see my granddaughters for almost 4 months due to the pandemic. I wanted a nice size room with sleeping options other than 2 doubles, a nice 2 night stay to bond with the girls. I booked a Suite with a wet bar area. After a full day of outlet shopping at Johnson Creek Outlets ( 45 miniutes away) we arrived a bit ahead of check in time. Tired and hungry took the key and headed to the room. The room given was a double queen, not the room I booked. Back down to the front desk I expressed that it was not the room I booked. I was told the room category I booked was not available do to a maintenance issue. It would of been nice if the hotel had contacted me as quickly as they pre authorized the charges! I was then given 2 adjoining rooms. I said I would agree to this if I was able to keep the adjoining doors open as to keep the eye on the girls. Back up the new rooms, the doors wont stay open (probably a fire issue). Not what I wanted so back down again. I advised the same woman that I was not happy as I wanted to be in the same room with the girls as they were minors again. The oldest is also a diabetic. I informed the manager, whom I later found out was the General Manager Kerry that I would step outside (The WIFI is non existent here) and call around and try and find another place that could accommodate us, but to Not cancel my reservation. After 30 minutes of calling around I had no choice to stay so I went back in only to find out that she did indeed cancel our reservations. So again I had to go thru the reservation process. We ended up staying, the girls were happy with limited supervision at night, I am 63 with Heart Disease so I dont stay up all night like kids do now days. There parents on the other hand were not amused. The rooms were not as clean as expected, especially now with the pandemic. The carpet in 319 is stained so bad I didnt walk on the floor bare foot. Room views are the AC unites on the split roof! There were 2 towels in each room (rooms with 2 doubles), No glass's, just paper coffee cups (3), the outlets wont hold plugs with out falling out in both 317 & 319 and I did mention that WIFI although available free of charge takes forever to down load sites. The pool is large but the water is so cloudy you cant see the bottom and the hot tub was closed the second day do to mold I am guessing as it was all over the edges. No clean towels were available both evenings. On the second day I informed the desk again that I felt I should be compensated one night of my stay, corporate mentioned this as well and said it could only be done thru the property. Later in the afternoon I received an additional text message pre-authorizing an additional $112.00. I had thought this was a credit for the one night. Apparently not! There was suppose to be FREE breakfast, even after calling and asking I was told there was a continental offering. This was Not available! I wound not recommend this Hampton to anyone, service is really lacking and after dealing with the GM Kerry I can understand why. Not the least bit Customer Service Orientated. Not the Hilton Standard I am accustomed too as a Hilton Honors Member. I would never stay here again.

    Poor Customer Service

    We elected to spend our wedding night here after getting married at a private property a short way away. Although the accommodations were fine(typical Hampton Inn, room layout was a bit odd with the bed facing windows and the TV out of view to the side), there was a billing error that took multiple phone calls and emails to correct. Cannot fathom why it was such a lengthy process to regain the $70 we were overcharged, considering I booked direct through the Hilton/ Hampton site and alerted two desk clerks to the problem before departure. Neither desk clerk could correct the issue and punted it off to a general manager named Mary who never contacted me (though the clerks assured she would), and responded to only one of my multiple emails unclearly and unapologetically. I typically prefer and seek out this hotel chain, but this experience has me questioning my loyalty a bit.
