  Even with Covid19

  Stayed 1 night I was impressed as the last 3 times staying here. They only give coffee if you ask for it which is a precaution on their end. nice room comfortable sofa and bed. Front desk excellent service. They have closed the breakfast buffet but provide a bagged lunch.

  Excellent property

  I recommend highly for the area. Warm in cold spot in February. Very nice rooms. Friendly staff. Close to downtown to get to many good restaurants. Ample parking. Would definitely return on my next visit to Grande Prairie.

  Thoughtful COVID practices

  The rooms appeared extra clean. Staff was clear that housekeeping is not every day. It would have been better if they explained whether the room had been unoccupied for a duration of time before me. They kept breakfast offers going with items served by staff instead of self-serve, which is a nice and thoughtful touch. Amenities such as gym is controlled by front desk, another good idea. Lastly, I like that the room has standalone AC instead of central HVAC.

  Our go to place, they go above and beyond

  Thank you to Ann and housekeeping, I left behind a personal item, after realizing mid day. I called and housekeeping found it, Ann at front desk made arrangements for me to have it returned. (Thank you !!) My family and I always stay here when we pass through, as the staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. We do like that the property and the rooms are cleaned very well. We definitely will be returning!

  Welcoming Staff, Clean, Spacious Room

  Stayed overnight before flying out from Grande Prairie. Staff was welcoming and kind; ensured all questions were answered and that I had everything I needed - both on arrival and when checking out at 4:30 am. The room was very spacious, nice decor and very clean. Lots of conveniently placed plug ins and room to work. It was a real treat to stay here. Highly recommend this hotel!
