  Clean and efficient with friendly staff

  I stayed here during a trip through Wyoming. Its just what you expect from Hampton Inn. Well maybe not all Hampton Inns ( Ive stayed at some sketchy ones). This place was great. I I was worried that it might be noisy since its right off the highway but I found it to be quiet and functional. The only downside was the coffee but thats a persistent Hampton In issue and not reflective of this location. I would stay here again.

  Needs a spruce up

  The hotel is acceptable but could use a spruce up. Our room walls were heavily marked up, so a paint job is in order. Other areas of the hotel looked dated as well. Parking was tight; had some difficulty finding room for my vehicle and U-Haul we were pulling. For the price, was expecting more.

  Amazing Breakfast ever in a Hotel

  Ive been to over 100 hotels in my time so far and this is the cleanest and by far 10/10 on breakfast!!! Even with covid they made changes that still had a solid breakfast. Better than a $20 meal. I stayed here instead of Holiday Inn down the street for sure.

  Far less than average Hampton Inn

  I've mentioned on reviews during my recent roadtrip that with Hilton Garden's as well as Hampton's we're not seeing consistency among stops. On this stop we paid more and got less. Reading some of the past reviews I wonder what were these people thinking, did I get a freak room or something? Smallest room I've ever seen on a standard king bed room, not much space on either side of bed, small TV stand with fridge and microwave on one corner of room desk and chair on other side. I rarely talk about things like cable TV channels on reviews, unless it is really bad, this location was really bad. Hockey playoffs were going on, but this location did not have NBCSports (many did). Ok, how about Thursday night football, it's on NFL network, but they didn't get that either, but this night Thursday night football was on NBC, but nope, no network channels. Thin walls, people screaming, without a doubt the noisiest location on our roadtrip. A convenience store with fast food next door, restaurants not far away. Covid modified breakfast allowed for a decent selection of food. Hotel did a decent job of conforming to Covid restrictions, employees wearing masks. Not sure why this was more expensive than other similar stops, not like Douglas Wyoming is a big city or a major stop. I guess the location close to I-80 makes this a popular stop, but it was the most expensive stop for a Hampton or Hilton on the trip, and by far the worst of the bunch. If I have a reason be back in Wyoming, no stops for me in Douglas.

  Wouldn't recommend to my enemy.

  I wouldn't stay here if the company I'm working for didn't pay for it... Food quality sucks, cleanliness sucks, room key system sucks, location sucks the traffic from outside keeps you awake. The wifi sucks worse than dial-up modems from the 90's... Everything about this hotel is outdated and run down... i can't believe Hilton would allow this to happen... General consensus Im sure you can guess, this place sucks.
