  Very Disappointed

  We checked in using our app and still had to go to the front desk to get our waters (we are Gold Members). Then, the morning after we arrived home we discovered that we'd been bitten by bed bugs while at the hotel. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel since October. We contacted Hilton about it but they have not responded to our complaint. We stayed in Room 138 and I doubt if anything has been done about exterminating the bugs. It's more than a week later, and we are still needing to treat the bites with a hydrocortisone cream. Also, as someone else noted, there was no coffee available.

  Clean room

  The room was clean as Hampton Inn always is but I didnt like the barn door bathroom/closet door. Its heavy and doesnt close well. Also I didnt get the sack breakfast because it was a couple of boiled eggs and a bagel and another little thing or two. Thats not my idea of breakfast and thats part of what youre paying for here. For the first time ever, I wouldnt recommend this Hampton Inn.

  EXTREMELY NOISY, HORRIBLE BREAKFAST

  Spent a night after a really long day driving (Road trip), as I am Gold member I usually stay on the Hilton Family, but this one I would say had been the worst of all. The hotel is really close to the train railways and you can hear the Trains all night long, we just couldn't sleep at all and the rooms are very expensive (For its kind), an upgrade to the windows would just do it. That easy!! In the morning the breakfast was a joke, a hard boiled egg, and a piece of bread!

  Wonderful, friendly staff, Very clean accommodations

  We stopped at this hotel during the pandemic on our way home from Florida. It met our expectations from a Hampton Inn. Mike and his staff at the front desk were very personable, the bed was Hampton Inn comfortable, the room seemed very clean, and we felt that the hotel practiced good pandemic protocol. We did not try the boxed breakfasts, however, the coffee was very good. The server that provided the coffee was very nice. They did not have tea bags and hot water available, however, when we asked, the staff immediately provided us with it. A very good stop and we will stay again when in the area.

  Nice Stay!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and observed safe practices during the pandemic. We felt very safe. Breakfast is packaged but still good. Hamptons never disappoint. Thanks.
