Great location and value for our moneyRoom: The size of the unit was very good. The bathroom roomy and had soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Everything you need if you forgot something at home. Bed: The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to chose from so you could find one that matches your style. Amenities: There was a coffee pot and a small refrigerator in the room. Staff: Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and appeared to enjoy their job. They answered all of our questions and were properly masked up since this was during COVID.

Comfortable, large roomsStayed here for a few nights with in the area. Hotel was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very large. Room service came only when called, but responded quickly whenever you needed extras of anything. Breakfast was a grab and go, plus they offered 1-2 hot items you could request. Plenty of parking. All of the staff were friendly.

Nice Hotel, Staff Needs TrainingI and my associate travel A LOT for business and were elite members at a few hotel brands. I always appreciate Hilton but after several disappointing stays at this location, I/we now book at a different hotel when I stay in CDA. The hotel itself is very nice and the location is very conveniently located from the freeway and restaurants. Although I typically book at least 3 weeks in advance through their website, there always seems to be some issue when I arrive and worst of all, the staff I interacted with dont seem to care. In the past I have had issues with broken fixtures and non-working tv, and a few noise issues well after 10pm. I can usually change rooms but its inconvenient after youve unpacked and noise issues are not dealt with at all, because it continues. My business partner has the same complaints. On our last vist, the manager acknowledged the issues as I checked out but didnt offer even an apology. I guess they have so much business that it doesnt matter. I/we will continue to book at another hotel when coming to CDA.

Outstanding in every way! 24 hour pool and hot tub!My husband and I travel a lot (well, we did before Covid) and have stayed at many Hilton properties and this was one of my absolute favorites, maybe my favorite Hampton Inn of all. This Hampton Inn is in a great location, right off I 90 and close to downtown. It's decidedly upscale, especially for a Hampton Inn. We reserved our room online and received exactly the room we had pre-booked, top floor away from the elevator. (That should be a given, but in my experience only works half of the time). I am a very light sleeper and sensitive to noise and this hotel has cement flowers and was very quiet. We heard nothing at night for a whole week, the doors do not slam and seal well. The hotel does have a number of connected rooms, so if you are looking for privacy make sure not to book one of those. Our room was larger than the average hotel room. The bed was so comfortable and cozy, love those fluffy pillows. We found a number of outlets on both sides of the bed for charging phones etc. The room was very clean with plenty of towels. Room service was available only by request due to Covid but we had no issues receiving replacement towels and toiletries. My husband felt the TV could have been larger because of its distance from the bed, but that's seriously nitpicky, it was fine and worked perfectly. We were impressed with the front desk service. On arrival we found two broken lightbulbs in our room. We called the front desk and they delivered new bulbs to us within minutes even though it was late at night and housekeeping had left already. The hot tub and pool are open 24 hours. Yes, you read that right, if you feel like warming up in the hot tub after a long day in the snow, it's always open. Even during Covid! The hotel also provides a warm breakfast that you can eat by the fireplace. Staff offers a variety of options that you pick up in an adjacent room, including potatoes, eggs, sausage, yoghurt and muffins. Masked staff serves all items, so it felt very safe. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel has a large free parking lot that was cleared, even during a snow storm. There is even special Diamond member parking close to the front door. To sum up, it was pretty much the perfect stay! Highly recommend.

Great Hotel, but you should avoid travel to IdahoThis is a nice Hampton Inn. Very modern, staff is good, and it's clean. Convenient location not far from I-90 with shops and restaurants nearby. HOWEVER, visiting Coeur d'Alene is RISKY. Almost nobody in Coeur d'Alene wears masks or follows any COVID precautions. Restaurants nearby are filled with unmasked customers and unmasked staff. I saw almost nobody in downtown CDA wearing masks. Its no mystery why Kootenai County has a "extremely high risk for COVID" rate by the CDC. Idaho should be avoided until the COVID crisis is over. Signs in the hotel lobby asking guest to wear masks in common areas are ignored by customers. Hotel staff wore masks but they didn't seem to enforce the rule with the guests. I felt bad for the hotel staff (they are being put at risk) but they need stronger enforcement of the Covid rules. So, the hotel is fine but I recommend staying on the Washington side of the border where this is stronger COVID rules & enforcement in place.
