The Best Hampton We've ever been to.We stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. This one is the best we have found. It is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is amazing, and the breakfast area and food is at the top. The rooms are clean, and quiet. And importantly, the lighting is excellent. Many hotels try to improve margins by skimping on lighting and outlets. Not this one. They obviously use LED lights providing warm and bright light - no dim fluorescent blue here at all. All we can say is, "A Great Place to Stay."

Great overallA great place. Convenient to food and shopping. Rooms were clean and staff was very hospitable. I love the digital key option. I didnt even have to stop at the desk when I arrived. I also go to select my room.

Liars work here!Terrible experience . After driving 6 hrs I arrived at nearly midnight. Jose was rude and impolite so I decided not to stay. He told me he would cancel my rsvp but he didn't. Maria, The GM said she'd refund my money but didn't. I talked to her 2 times. I also called Hilton guest services and the guy on the phone was snarly. Kept my $ and lied to my face. I won't stay with Hilton again

Jarrod was excellent!My teammate and arrived late on Tuesday and realized quickly we had the wrong reservation type when checking in. Jarrod at the front was extremely helpful, patient and professional in assisting us with rebooking. He worked with our travel department and got the isuue solved within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable of the local area and gave excellent directions. Hampton Inn, you hired well here. Nice job Jarrod!!

Front Desk Help Was Rude and Made You Feel Like You Were Doing Something Wrong Checking In ThereArrived at the hotel and no one was at the front desk. Waited for just under 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk along with others. Gentleman finally comes to front desk from other part of hotel and does not acknowledge us or say a word. He takes his time, still ignoring us while doing something, and then finally looks up at us and stares. I assume he wanted to know our last name and the fact we are checking in, so I say "how are you doing? We are [name] checking in". He completely ignores us while we sort of look at each other. After a few seconds (that seemed like minutes given the awkwardness level) without looking up at us mumbles something that we could not understand. Turns out he wanted our ID and credit card, which we gave him. He then does his thing and puts the key holder to the side of the plexiglas without saying a word. We know our room number by opening it up and seeing it written on the inside as is normal, but odd given he does not say a word. He starts to walk off and I ask may I have by driver's license and credit card back? Visibly frustrated (I assume not at me, but unsure), he turns around and just puts them on the counter next to the plexiglas without saying a word. The only word he said during the entire time was when he asked for our id and credit card. Hotel was actually in good condition, clean and seemed to be in good location. The breakfast was only cereal boxes and oat bars, but I assume that is because of Covid and lack of guests? Front desk person should have been interacting with customers that particular evening as it tarnished the Hilton Hampton Inn brand and certainly tarnished this hotel.
