Un buen Hotel !!!Un fantástico lugar para alojarse. . . Muy recomendado. Está cerca de restaurantes y de la autopista. El personal es cortés y muy servicial! ! Buena conexión de internet. Las habitaciones confortables.

Overall Great StayMy family and I visited for the weekend, hotel was clean. Staff as very friendly and courteous. I would have enjoyed a hot tub. Guest on 3rd floor were overly noisy but the staff took care of the issue.

Perfect for Business StayOvernighted for business and checked in kind of late. Pantry was well stocked with microwave-able food (Hot Pockets, Pizza) plus snacks and some wine/beer. Breakfast had specialty juices, which was nice. Would have preferred if the Yogurt was individual servings, instead salad bar style. Rooms were nice. Fridge and microwave were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Recommend!

DisappointedCheck in was @4pm and never received my digital key. Went to front desk after 4pm and was told that the room I picked was not clean or available. I was given another room and there was a closet full of someone else's clothes. The refrigerator had a pungent garlic smell and the housekeeper handed me a rag and bottle of Awesome cleaner. After we checked in we ran out to get food and the 2 families that checked in after us were still waiting for there rooms about 45 minutes later. On the elevator a guy was telling management he found a pair of slippers in his room! Highly disappointed!!

POOR MANAGEMENT/DISAPPOINTED OVER ALL/ SORRY FOR THE LENGTHY REVIEW.I have been a Honors Hilton member for over 8 years. I have not had to book a hotel rooms over the past 6 years. I had no idea that 18 years old could not be on a room without adult supervision. I booked 2 rooms, for my wedding party guest due to my house not being ready to accommodate them. I was told one room was ready, and the other would not be ready until 4pm. I left and came back, I was told that my wedding guess could not stay in the rooms by themselves because they were 18. I informed Jennifer(desk clerk), I did not know that, she showed me the rules of the hotel, I told her I would sign it after I get another adult to come and stay in the room. I went outside to call for 2 adults to come and stay there. Before the other adults arrived, Jennifer came outside to my car, and told me that she talked to her GM and they cancelled my reservation. I went in and informed Jennifer that I did not received a cancellation email. I asked Jennifer for one, she told me I was not getting one. I went back in, I told Jennifer (even though my house was not ready), I wanted to book a room for myself to stay to work on what I had to do, and the wedding guess would stay at my house. Jennifer stated to me, I told you your reservation was cancelled!!! I asked to speak to the GM, who Jennifer told me was Jasmine. The GM ( who I thought was Jasmine) came out, I told her the same thing I told Jennifer, she yelled at me and told me, it was Hilton policy that they could not book a room to me. I called guest services, to file a complaint, I spoke to someone name Belinda. I explain the situation to Belinda, and told her I just wanted to file a complaint. Belinda put me on hold for about 20 minutes, she came back to the phone and told me that the GM had followed the Hilton policy, and that I would not be compensated. I asked how was the policy followed when my reservation was cancelled before the other adult arrived, I did not even check in, than I was not allowed to book a room for myself. Than I asked Belinda who said anything about a compensation? I never asked for any compensation. Belinda informed me that the GM told her I said I was leaving the 18 year olds in the room, to go and get another adult. I told Belinda, that was ALL LIES. Belinda told me that the GM asked to me call her at 708-748-4102. I called and a very rude young lady answered the phone, I asked to speak to Jasmine (Jennifer stated was the GM), this lady told me NO!!! Jasmine was working and guest colud not call and ask to speak to them. I explained I was told Jasmine was the GM, she laughed and stated, she was just an employee. She stated she was the GM, and her name was Arnette. I explained that Belinda stated she wanted me to call her. Once again, she started yelling, and stated I told her, and Jennifer I was leaving the guess in the room to go and pick up another adult. I told her I never stated that to either one of them. That was a LIE. Arnette stated to me, IT WAS OVER, DON'T CALL BACK, and she was going to report me to Hilton for harassment. I called guest service again, I who spoke to Mervina, I explained what had happened, she did listen, and she did stated I WAS NOT treated fairly, and she apologized, she stated that was not a Hilton policy. We filed another complaint. I could not finish due to my phone have a fax sound on it. I had to call back, this time I spoke to Travis, who took the complaint and apologized to me for what happened. Travis, stated I was supposed to be contacted in 7 days if not call him back.
