  Muy bien hotel

  Si deseas tener un cuarto comodo, con camada comoda y aparatos de ejercicios de buena calidad te recomiendo este hotel. Los desayunos son basicos pero muy buenos, el cafe muy agradable. Los Malls estan normalmente a 15 minutos, se encuentra en una ubicacion tranquila, el estacionamiento grande, sin problemas para accesar cuando llegas tarde. La reservacion se respeta aunque llegues unas 2 horas tarde. El personal excelente trato, lo recomiendo.

  Muy bien ubicado y excelente trato del personal muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la zona de negocios aunque el estacionamiento lo encontré algo reducido también estuvo bastante bien muchas gracias por hacerme escribir tanto

  Exceptional Service

  I booked the Hampton last minute because the Candlewood power was out for multiple hours for the second time in a row that I have stayed there. During my check-in, Front Desk Agent Andy was exceptionally friendly and professional. I just wanted to get checked-in as quick as possible and get to an air conditioned room, so he made check-in very brief. I cannot say how much I appreciate this when I am on business. I quickly learned my WiFi was not working in the room but with a phone call to the front desk Andy resolved the issue immediately. I cannot be without power while traveling on business or without wifi. The Hampton came through for me; and the exceptional front desk service I received does not go unnoticed by me as I travel frequently. I am switching from IHG to Hilton Honors because of my experience.

  Nice hotel with great staff

  My husband and I had to travel due to a family emergency. Traveling during the Covid pandemic made me feel a little nervous, but the staff at the hotel was so nice that we enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfortable. We mostly dealt with one woman at the front desk during the day, I did not get her name, and one gentleman at night, Andy. They were both so nice and always asked how we were doing. We had to change our checkout date a few times, and they were always quick to accommodate us and take care of our needs. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. I did not hear any traffic noise at night. The hotel itself was very quiet. They could not have a breakfast buffet, but they always had Mack bags out to grab with a water bottle, piece of fruit, granola bar and a pastry. The shop was also well stocked if we wanted to buy a snack. We will be back in the area soon and will definitely stay here again!
