VacacionesGran hotel para visitar Washington DC, USA. Solo a una corta caminata hasta el subte (Metro) y en 20 minutos se llega a Washington, museos, monumentos, etc. Incluye desayuno, internet y piscina. Excelente precio también.

Completamente enamoradaSon tantas cosas buenas que decir, ni se por donde empezar. El hotel es súper lindo y acogedor, tiene gimnasio, una piscina bajo techo, es súper limpio, las personas ni para que, muy amables, atentas, simpáticas, hacen que uno pase un rato agradable. 100% recomendado.

Nasty Front Desk - Amenities CancelledI have stayed at many, many Hampton Inn and Hilton properties. Tasia at the front desk exemplifies the exact type of person who should not be in hospitality. As my wife who was executive management for Ritz states, "You either have it or you don't." Clearly Tasia does not "have it." The property has closed all amenities including the gym and pool. This is NOT a corporate property but a franchise property and as I have learned these are the properties with the most capricious and unexpected compromises of the Hilton brand. More properties like this one will lead to a brand crisis.

DO NOT STAY HERERThis hotel has the worst customer service! Do not stay here. If there is a problem, the management will NOT CARE. I tried several times to contact the manager to see if the situation could be fixed and NO ONE would address the problem.

Horrendous Customer Service Will Never Book there againI stayed at this location the past weekend. Upon my arrival there was a lot of arguing between a customer and the desk clerk. I paid this no attention waited my turn received my key and went to my room. Upon check out there was another situation going on between the clerk and a customer. She stated she would check me out and took my room keys. I have stayed at this location before however this time I did not receive my receipt via email as I did before nor did I receive my deposit back. I contacted the front office a gentleman whom works the front desk had a attitude upon answering the call.I explained I did not receive my receipt or deposit. He look at my reservication and tried to advise me that I did not have an email on my account in which would not be true as all my booking informaiton can to my email address from Hotels.com. I tried to explain this to the gentlement however he proceeded to raise his voice and yell do you want your receipt or not. I stated yes and my deposit but dont raise your voice. He became irrate and slammed the phone up and starting to send all calls to the national booking line. Who does this to their customers. He is very unprofessional. I have experienced this as I have watched others as well. I will never stay at this location again. Not to mention there was no bag breakfast as promised, Only provided 2 towels and when I asked for more wash clothes I was told no and I demanded more becuase it was two of us in the room they were counted and written down as if I was going to steal wash clothes. There were loud parties going on when I signed a paper stating this was not allowed but others were engaged. There was the smell of Marajuana in the hallways. On top of this I get treated this way and I am a paying customer. Go some where else this place is not worth you spending your money on. Room was clean that is the only good review I can offer for this location.
