  Hamptons are my favorite place to stay at.

  The coffee is great, the breakfast are always decent. Clean hotels. Friendly people. Most hamptons have the same basic lay outs, and same amenities so it is very familiar no matter where you stay. They offer everything a travler needs.

  Outstanding team ... Layla and Stffi are an excellent team. Work well together to make the stay grrrrreat....Rest of staff ( maintenance, house keeping ) alwayts ready ti help. Breakast items better than usual for a Hampton property. Shows a great effort do do things right. Near by local eateries, fuel etc.

  Talked to in the most degrading manner.

  I have never been talked to in such a degrading manner in my entire life. A company that has hired my company multiple times recommended this hotel as a place to stay while in town. I walked into the ladies room located near the lobby area and unfortunately the toilet appeared to be near overflown and the paper trash bag that ladies put their female products in was full and on top of the sink. I politely informed Gayle located at the front desk. Her response was one that shocked me due to her being in the customer service industry and two made me wonder did she respond in this manner due to my appearance or my accent? She bluntly stated the bathrooms are not permitted for use. I said maam the sign states the bathrooms and other hotel facilities are for the use of guest only. This response angered her more. I showed her my room card key and said Ill just got to my room. She later proceeded to come outside to where I was and verbally berate me further. That is until I told her why must you come out here and be so hostile? No apology, no customer service oriented response what so ever, but intentionally acted as if she had been verbally victimized which was never the case. Regardless of what my career may be, what I make for a living, or what she believes my race may be no one should be talked to or treated in the manner she talk to and treated me. Especially in front of a business client! Please take the time to rectify this behavior immediately before further business is lost.

  Me and my boyfriend stayed at this location last night. Every thing was perfect until I saw a male desk employee without a mask. It is posted at the hotel masks are required. If you cant get your employe to were one how do you expect to get customers to do it.

  Good They accommodated the room request; the room and bathroom were clean; grab bar on tub back wall. Not good Their grab and go breakfast is a water bottle, a piece of fruit, a granola bar, and a pastry. No consideration for or pre-diabetics having a granola bar and a sugary pasty. This is not a breakfast; it is a snack. Why couldn't Hampton have a combination sausage and cheese on a biscuit that a person could heat in the breakfast area microwave? Why couldn't Hampton make eggs and meats and serve them in containers? CDC, health departments, and COVID have nothing to do with preparing oatmeal, eggs, or meats that can be put out buffet style; cooks can wear gloves; restaurants, cafes, and diners are now preparing meals and there is no reason why the hotel cannot do the same thing; people know to distance getting these hot items and can eat in their rooms; COVID is being used as an excuse.
