  Meh! Average

  I was so excited to stay here because it was on the property of Chateau Elan. I shouldnt have been... very nice folks in all the customer service areas, but there was nothing special about the room, but some significantly missing things: why on earth is there not some drawers for my clothing??!! I had to keep my non-hang-up stuff in my luggage. And why no tissue or tissue box?? Im never a fan of the swamp cooler that cuts off in the middle of the night and the air stops circulating and you are miserable, but I dont blame them for that kind of system, only myself for not checking this hotel first on that. The bed was comfy, the digital key worked perfectly, the fridge and television worked just fine. It was a completely adequate room. Thats the best I can say.

  Happy with everything

  Right from the start the location is great on property of Chateau Elan Winery. Nice view of winery lit up for Christmas out our window. Room was very large. Digital contactless checkin/ checkout during Covid time was a plus. Could even open room door with my phone. Was actually surprised with hot breakfast. Could make waffles. First day they had cheese omelets and bacon. Next day was French toast and sausage links. Food was served by a very pleasant employee. Well done during covid time. Completely enjoyed our stay in every way.

  Wonderful stay

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Our room was very large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Wed come back for sure. It was nice to be close to the main Chateau Elan Inn and its bar and restaurants

  Breakfast service!!

  I had the pleasure of being helped by Rachel on my stay for my wedding and the service was amazing. We stayed for two days and each morning it was a pleasure to see her. The food was delicious and not once did I feel uncomfortable in the dining space. The night front desk staff was also fantastic.

  Breakfast at the Hampton has returned and Rachel Rocks it

  Rachel serves up a great breakfast and even better customer service at the Braselton Hampton. Thank you Rachel for making breakfast and your friendly face (albeit masked) a pleasant start to otherwise hectic days.
