OkayThis is a nice hotel but could certainly be better. My king suite didn't have a microwave. Makes me very disappointed. I routinely stay at this chain but perhaps I should shop around next time. Little things make a difference

Extremely Disappointing for a Hampton InnWe have always stayed at Hampton Inn's when traveling as we know they are clean and well kept and reliable. At least until this trip! The entrance to the hotel was a mess trash all over the ground and the trash can overflowing (and it was the same when we checked out in the morning). Although I was told the room was properly sanitized and linens changed etc. in order of the CDC Guidelines, it certainly did not appear so to me. I had serious reservations as to staying there but we had no choice at this point. The foyer entrance was also dirty, the staff desultory, the carpet in our room was filthy and there was rotting in one corner of the ceiling. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

RUDE and LOUDWe have stayed at many Hamptons and never have we encountered any employee as rude as the man working when we checked out this morning. The woman working last night was lovely but the man was horrible. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for my daughters lacrosse tournament. Breakfast did not open until 7:00. I asked the night before if there would be any way to grab a couple of bananas and bagels before we left otherwise I was going to buy some. I was told that the kitchen staff arrived at 6:00 and to just knock and it would be no problem. The man working the front desk the next morning was gruff and told us he had not been told anything about it and did not offer to help us. We knocked on the kitchen door, as instructed the night before, and the front desk man got very nasty. I again, very nicely said that we had to leave for a tournament and did not have time to stop at this point to purchase food and would have done so the night before had we not been told it would not be a problem. He angrily went back and grabbed a tray of bagels and bananas and dropped them down on the table in front of us. Usually at the hotels where we stay, breakfast either starts at 6:00 or 6:30 and if not, they are more than happy to hand us a few items to go. In addition to the horrible man working the front desk, the street noise is incredibly loud. Even with white noise playing on two phones I could still hear the traffic. There are plenty of other hotels around this exit and the one up the road. I would choose a different hotel. It was clean enough so its not completely horrible just loud with a RUDE morning front desk.

Over night stopOver night stop, stayed in a king room suite. Very nice hotel, clean room, good location. The hotel is close to 95, some choices for food and shopping in the area. They have a nicely ran hotel, comfortable room and good staff.

Consistently goodI have now stayed at this Hampton Inn several times while traveling along I-95. This was my first trip in the Covid era. I had a little issue checking in with my electronic room key and discovered my room was not ready and had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The management was most apologetic and upgraded me to a small suite, though I did not ask for it or expect it. It was obvious this room had been sanitized. It was also very comfortable, though much larger than I needed. My only disappointment is the bag breakfasts. At a different Hampton Inn, they provided something that could be heated in the microwave in your room. This one simply have you an apple, orange, granola bar, crumb cake and a small bottle of water. I long for the day when I can make a hot waffle again. As always, a great staff.
