  Nuevo, comodo y empledos muy atentos.

  El hotel es nuevo por lo que todo se ve en muy buenas condiciones. La habitación es amplia, el baño tiene el lavamanos a parte lo que es muy práctico. El desayuno es tipo buffet incluye caliente huevo y 2 acompañantes, cereal, puedes preparar tu propio waffler y otros; hay café disponible 24 horas, el desayuno podría mejorar. Para estadias cortos es excelente alternativa. Los empleados son muy atentos.

  Happy New Year

  My family and I checked in on Wednesday and stayed for 2 nights. Marco checked us in and we every hospitable. We were assigned rooms 473 and 470 , both rooms appeared to be recently updated, the rooms had a seal on the door which meant they had been cleaned and sanitized. Our room was quite spacious and we could tell we were close to the freeway because we could hear the cars driving by all night, ibthiught this would prevent me from getting a good night's sleep but it didn't. There weren't that many people checked in, so the hotel was relatively quiet. We look forward to staying again soon, if you can bring your own pillow, the pillows on the bed we a bit wimpy otherwise the mattress was comfortable.

  Wonderful Stay

  We are returning costumers. As a gold member, we are always upgraded to the junior suite. The room was very spacious and very clean as well as comfy. The location is very convenient to UMich. Staff at front desk are very thoughtful and friendly! Specially Karen and Marco who represented the high standard of the Hilton brand. It was a wonderful stay! We were very happy. We are certain we will be back again. One small problem was the drainage in the shower was not functioning well. It needs to be addressed. Thank you very much Karen and Marco for your hospitality!

  Good in general; The worst WiFi connection

  I have stayed here few times. The location is great and room is big / clean. The worst point of this hotel is WiFi connection. On and off every one or two minutes. It is not possible to watch a video or a movie or Work. Complained few times regarding their WiFi connection - low priority for property. Some people talk long time without masks in the lobby (restaurants). This is not safe for hotel guesses & front desk.

  Extremely Clean and Comfortable

  My wife and I spent a few days here recently. Our stay was excellent. We arrived a day earlier than expected and Marco was still able to get us in the room we requested. He was very helpful several times during our stay, as was everyone we encountered. The room was exceptionally clean. The furniture was in good repair. The heat worked well and was quiet. It was extremely cold outside but we remained cozy the entirety of our visit. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again! One thing that doesn't affect my rating at all, as most hotels do this, but the rooms have Bibles in them. It is time for hotels to recognize that not all their guests are Christian. Many are not Christian, as a quarter of the population now identifies as non religious. Why not keep a couple of Bibles on hand at the front desk for anyone who wants them and leave them out of the rooms? As a non-believer, I hate paying for a room only to find a book that calls for the death of my wife and I. Yes, the Bible literally calls for the death of non-believers! Please consider your non-religious and non-Christian patrons in the future. Remember, twenty five percent or more of hotel guests are non Christian!
