  Cousins wedding

  I drove to DETROIT for my cousins wedding and booked a room with the Crown Plaza Downtown Detroit. Its was the worst choice that I have ever had. I check in and checked out the same day due to a disagreement between the manager and myself. The room that I booked was not the same as the picture online. When I started arguing about the issue the manager told me the I can check out and get a full refund instantly. So I checked out. 10 minutes later I told the manager the my money wasnt available in my account and he stated 7-10 days for a refund, so I asked why did he lie and he told me to leave the hotel. I left and found myself stuck without a room. My cousin told me about the hotel that she was at so I called and this was the beginning of a happy relationship between customers and hotel. They accommodated me fully and I was very grateful. The Hilton suite are one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. I will book a room here again with my family in the near future.

  Great stay

  Clean, new and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy on/off on the expressway. Lots of parking. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast bar was great. Coffee available at anytime I needed it. Highly recommend.

  The stay was awesome! The hotel was super clean and the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be going back! I booked through booking.com. abd it was so simple. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well

  Great stay

  During our recent 2 day stay at this hotel, we received great customer service from the time we booked until the time we left. The rooms were nice, and clean. To top it off it had a fantastic breakfast.

  Road Trip

  We've stayed at a few Hilton properties this year (vacation, seeing a new grandchild) and have not been disappointed at any place we stayed. The Hilton people are doing the best they can with the Covid-19 challenges This was a newer property and was clean and quiet. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on the quality. The only problem we had was that we weren't clear on their policy on replacing towels. There was supposed to be a slip in the key envelope that we either missed or didn't get it. The staff was great and gave us clean towels.
