  Muy buen hotel

  El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y como a 15 minutos del centro de Alburquerque, muy buenas instalaciones y el desayuno de gran calidad, nos sorprendió la variedad de jugos y los smoothies. Todo el hotels esta muy limpio y el personal muy amable.

  Nice comfortable hotel

  Had all the amenities, comfortable bed, convenient location by the airport and off I-25. Breakfast was included, and although there were not many choices, it was good quality. Only one problem was that the HVAC unit was blowing cold air when I asked for heat. Desk explained it was due to the abnormally cold weather at that time, so don't know if it's better in normal times.

  Business in ALB

  The Hampton staff in Albuquerque IS OUTSTANDING! They me my expectations in all areas. They staff was very professional and understanding the needs of its guest. I received the best treatment on could possibly get in the times we now live. I seen the staff take on problems and mange them professionally when it seemed that it might not work out that way. For instance during my stay the was some bad weather(Snow). While it was not the staffs fault they took the the beating from several upset guest. They remained professional and tried to defuse the anger of the guest.. I felt sorry for them (staff) and was proud they kept their cool. It showed they had been trained to defuse hostile situations.

  Exceptional Customer Service

  During our recent stay, the Front Desk staff went above and beyond providing detailed information about places near by to eating. Also, there always positive attitude during thest difficult times (COVID-19) help make our stay a very pleasant experience. The morning HOT breakfast was a surprise as we had been traveling for six days and all the places we stayed before here ALL had just grab and go cold and not very appealing items. The breakfast service staff were very helpful as they made sure to see we had everything needed. I HIGHLY recommend this gem for a place to stay

  No late airport shuttle service as promised!!!!

  The room was adequate, clean, and reasonably priced. However, the whole reason we made a reservation at the Hampton was for their airport shuttle service since we had a late night flight arrival and then an early morning flight out. I called before leaving our home airport to confirm pickup and the hotel clerk told me then that their shuttle service did not run that late (11:30pm) but they would arrange and pay for an Uber when we arrived. I called again after we landed and had all our baggage and they told us to go to the far end of the pick up area and they would text us with the Uber details. A few minutes later, they called and informed us that there were no Ubers available but to walk to the far OTHER end of the pick up area and look for the ABQ green taxis that come through every few minutes. There were many groups waiting and the taxis only came through every 10-20 minutes. After an hour, we finally got a taxi to the hotel! The shuttle service will be running in the morning for our return to the airport so crossing our fingers it goes more smoothly! If youre coming in late, stay at the Sheraton! They actually had regular van shuttles picking up their guests. We even tried to pay them to take us but the Sheraton was booked!
