Extremely friendly staffMy family and I are relocating for work. We stopped at this hotel for the night. The hotel is a little older, but kept in decent shape. The elevator broke which would have been terrible if we hadnt already brought our stuff to the room, but it was fixed promptly. We were originally in a king suite, but the ac didnt work. The front desk moved us to another room without a fuss at all. The lobby is very welcoming. Weve noticed on our trip that hotels arent offering coffee. This location is not only offering coffee but also fresh fruit. The hotel is very welcoming and the beds are decent.

Customer service must be great because the room isnt.My wife is from Oklahoma and we live in Indiana so since we had to start traveling after we both worked I figured we would stop here instead of our normal Hilton hotel in Springfield. BIG MISTAKE. This room is NOT up too the Hilton standards that we are accustom to. When we entered the room we were hit with the old musty room smell. There was black mold starting to grow on the walls (see pictures), one door had obviously been punch and was patched horribly. (See pictures) The adjoined door looked like it had been nibbled on (see pictures) and the wallpaper was starting to roll (see pictures). At least the bath tub had new chalk but what did that matter because it hadnt been cleaned or wiped down because of the pink ring that was around the drain. (See pictures). The bed seem cleaned at least. I know it definitely was after I Lysold it down. Very, VERY, disappointing experience. I will be sharing with corporate.

Nicest hotel staff! We came to the Ozarks from OKC and after being locked out of our cabin, we found a nearby hotel at this Hampton. We got in at 1:30am, exhausted and with 2 sleepy kids. KJ at the front desk was very hospitable, friendly, and worked out a deal with us since we couldnt use our points. Super nice guy! The next morning we slept in and missed breakfast by a little bit. Maria was downstairs and immediately asked us what she could get us to eat. She went to the back and loaded us up with plenty of breakfast for our hungry family. She had an extremely sweet nature and you could tell she just wanted to make sure we were fed and comfortable. After a rough night, we were very appreciative of her kindness. Our short stay was a great experience and we will absolutely stay there again if we are in the area.

Friendly StaffWe are on a trip to escape the painful reminders of 2020. We wanted a safe (Covid Free), comfortable, welcoming and peaceful stay. The hotel was making great efforts to insure we felt welcomed and safe. The room was very clean and the Hilton Clean seal was more than a sticker - they had actually cleaned the room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room smelled nice and was relaxing. However, the floors and walls are thin and unfortunately- we could hear sounds from the hallway and in the room next door. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Apparently, the 3rd floor is being completely renovated with the plan to remodel the entire hotel. I could tell it needed upgrades as the door for our room was scratched up and there were various scratches and needed repairs on furniture and walls. The breakfast was microwaveable egg muffins and cold or hot cereal (hot water with oatmeal). But it is there best attempt to provide a hot breakfast. The staff is very friendly and was making great attempts to be as helpful and welcoming as possible. Overall - I believe with the great staff they have a new planned improvements - this will be a 5 Star hotel by March 2021.

Couldn't Be Happier! My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. My first impression of the room was how clean it was. That's a particular pet peeve of mine when I stay at a hotel. I have to say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bright white coverlets added to the super fresh feel of the room. The staff was very friendly, always taking time to wish us a good morning or hello when we passed through the lobby. The cleaning staff was a definite presence throughout the hotel, and they were also very friendly, happy to help us out in any way. The smiles and cheerful attitudes added another level to our stay. The bed was very comfortable, with an abundance of fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The desk in the room was big enough to allow a comfortable space while I worked, with several accessible outlets within arm's reach. There was a convenient laundry room right on my floor. The breakfast consisted of packaged items, likely due to Covid, but it's fine because our room had a refrigerator and microwave where we could warm up our food. It was a very quiet stay. Outside of hearing some doors closing and the occasional noise from construction on the floor above us, it was quiet. No loud voices, TV, or any other noise to mar our enjoyment. What more can I say? If you are visiting St. Robert, this is the place to go for a happy experience!
