    Did not meet expectations.

    Not up to Hampton Inn Standards. No ice bucket and staff did not know where to locate one. No microwave. Only 1/2 roll of TP. Staff were vaping right outside the entrance. Over ripe banana offered for breakfast only after asking for grab and go breakfast.

    Good experience

    Traveling through from Midwest to East Coast. Very pleasant experience with a nicely appointed hotel. The swimming pool is open which was a major plus for my granddaughter. Breakfast was customized and provided to you by a very helpful kitchen cook who took your specific order and delivered it to you while you waited. I would stay here again for sure would have given it a five star review if theyre not been the COVID-19 restrictions in place

    The management staff are not friendly and do not respond

    We stayed at the Hampton Inn St Louis Wentzville on Saturday, July 11. We were hosting a party at the winery in Wright City that afternoon. Our party had a total of 11 rooms that night at the property. The day started off very poorly because Jason Moore, the assistant general manager, could not be less friendly or less helpful. We had confirmed an early check in so we could get to the venue on time. Jason was extremely confrontational from the moment he walked out of the back office. His body language was intrusive and threatening. I have never been treated by a member of a hotel property management team in that manner. At least Mandy, the front office clerk, was very kind. Because of Jason's very poor customer care and service, we will not be staying at this property again, plus all of our 11 guests that stayed that night will also never stay there again. I hope you address this issue with him with more customer-facing training.

    Overnight

    This is the worst Hamptons Inn we have ever stayed in. Outside looks amazing. The bath had black mold all in the shower. The shower door wouldnt even stay closed. They put us in a handicap room which we didnt request. I really didnt even want to shower in this bathroom. This will be our first and last stay here. As silver members We were amazed they would let it get in this shape. Clean up or close up.

    Hampton Inn near St. Louis, MO - Interstate 70

    The young woman at the front desk was very friendly, professional and helpful. She determined the best rate available for our stay. (Our stay was during the corona virus pandemic,) Masks were worn by employees; there was plexiglass at the front desk, and between the employee serving breakfast and the guests. Our room and bathroom were clean. The shower was spacious, and had strong water flow. II would rate the service 5 of 5. The hotel was about a 3 1/2 -4 out of 5. The lower rating was based on the noise. We could hear trucks in the parking lot, and guests in the hallway.
