  Second stay, still nice.

  When we cannot find a significant problem, that is good. We are fairly "picky." This was our second stay here, and again, it was very nice. We will undoubtely stay here again sometime. Our room was clean, and things were in good order.

  Quick overnight

  I needed a quick overnight in Springfield and after looking at a few reviews I decided on this one. I had spent the day shopping in Branson and this was a convenient choice off of Interstate 65. Upon arrival I was greeted very kindly and efficiently. It smelled clean and the decor was nice throughout giving me the impression this was a newer property. I like the new dining areas where there is a large table w/ chairs around it. Also, areas of chairs and small couches and a fireplace with large television above. This gives guests an area to hang out in the evening rather than being forced to stay in their rooms. I noticed there is a fire pit area outside with chairs and a BBQ area...also an indoor pool with table/chairs. The room was very nice; king bed with chaise lounge, microwave & refrigerator..nice bathroom with shower only. Small room but functional. They offered a nice breakfast. In light of Covid I thought it would only be a sack offering. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful..everything was wrapped and cleaned. I did have problems with noise at night with kids running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. It went on after midnight. I should have called the desk to be moved but didn't. Apparently these people were talked to about the running rampant children and choose to do nothing. I don't blame the hotel. They were kind to call me to talk about it.

  Great Place

  Loved our clean and spacious room. The large shower was wonderful, and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. My husband enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay here again!

  Super clean

  This hotel was spotless. Great attention to detail was taken in light of the pandemic. The room was comfortable. The lounge chair was a great addition to the king room. I think I could have slept there. The bed was a little hard for me, usually not a problem for me at Hampton Inn's. Breakfast was standard. Everything individually wrapped and the biscuits and gravy was served so know one else had the spoon in their hands. All in all a solid 5. Great pick .

  Impressed!

  Hotel exceeded my expectationsextremely clean, quick and efficient booking, a hot breakfast (pretty unusual in these Covid times), and friendly staff. Florence was very accommodating and ready to serve the fresh breakfast, even with freshly made smoothies! Keep up the excellent work!
