  The Best

  Ive stayed in various accommodations in Potsdam over the years... B&B, Inn, Motels & Hotels. Overall, this is the best one in Potsdam! The homemade smoothies at breakfast and cookies in the afternoon were delicious!

  A great place to stay in Potsdam

  While on business in Massena - I was able to book room in Hampton Inn - the location was about a 20 minute ride from where I was conducting business, however, the location of the hotel, the access to restaurants, shops and the great complimentary breakfast made it worth the trip!

  Stayed twice in two weeks!! GREAT STAYS

  I was in Potsdam to be close to a relative at the local hospital. I stayed one night twice in two weeks and both times every thing was excellent! The room(s) might be a tad narrow but were clean and updated. The mattresses were comfortable and you control your own heat/a/c and fan. There is a fridge in the room and a coffee maker if you're so inclined. They provide shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash, qtips, lotion, bath gel, soap and a hair dryer. Spectrum tv was good and the internet included with room was fine. This hotel has 24 hour coffee near the lobby and it is darn good coffee at that!! The included with your room, breakfast buffet is one of the better ones that I have seen. Be sure to try the fresh pressed juices as they were delicious! Kudos to the breakfast buffet employees that did an excellent job of keeping everything freshly stocked and very clean! I did not use the pool, in fact the first stay the pool was closed for maintenance which I thought they should have disclosed before you booked (although I had no intentions of using it so it in no way inconvenienced me). The front desk accommodated me with a late check out the first stay as I was at the hospital until 3am and got a late start on sleeping! All of the staff was great! Front desk has a extensive list of eating options in the area! Just ask and they'll really help you out with food options! This hotel is a good one and far better than I had expected! I would definitely stay again!

  Very Good Stay

  Returned to Potsdam for a recent business trip. The Hampton was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient at the front desk. The room was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space as well as a microwave and refrigerator. The EV charging station in the parking lot is a great addition and makes this location my preferred spot whenever I am in Potsdam.

  Great clean room! Breakfast so - so! Courteous staff Plenty of space in lobby to visit! Several conference rooms very near everything in Downtown Potsdam! Close to colleges and university
